Theodore Long + Tiffany + ECW World champion Jack Swagger: Theodore Long said changes were on the horizon. Long said Vickie Guerrero was the new General Manager of RAW, so he has been named the General Manager of SmackDown! Long introduced the new interim General Manager of ECW, his former assistent, Tiffany! Tiffany came out in a suit and was immiediately interrupted by ECW World champion Jack Swagger. Swagger said there was one set of rules for everyone else, and another set of rules for him. Tiffany thanked Swagger for the advice, but the only rule she has is giving the WWE Universe whatever they want. Tiffany hyped the draft, and said there was a posibility that Swagger won’t be on ECW. Tiffany booked Mark Henry, Fit Finlay, Tommy Dreamer, and Christian in an Elimination Chase to Backlash to earn the right to face Swagger for the ECW World title..
