Kelani Jordan interrupted for some reason, despite saying she’s not even interested in that title, but it was just to set up Kendal Grey to come out and Lola Vice as well, to the point where when Robert Stone came out, Vice cut him off and said the tag team match that was obviously about to be booked. [This felt like WWE literally looked at the camera and said “Uh..these four…um…screw it. Guys, you know the deal. We need to eat up 15 minutes and set up a tag match. Do I really HAVE to do my job? Can’t we just skip the whole ‘writing and producing’ element of this?”]
- No. 1 Contender’s Match for the NXT North American Championship: Tavion Heights defeated Jackson Drake by pinfall.
- Last week, Aaron Rourke, The Belly Boys, comedian Matt Mathews, and Robert Stone were talking when BirthRight interrupted, leading to an argument.
- Semifinal Match in the WWE Women’s Speed Championship No. 1 Contender Tournament: Izzi Dame defeated Thea Hail by pinfall.
- WrenQCC were chatting backstage. Lola Vice came over once she heard Grey say that both she and Wren Sinclair would be champions on the same night once she wins the NXT Women’s Championship, as Vice wanted to step in to say she wouldn’t. Wren then left to go get medically cleared.
- Tony D’Angelo and Naraku had a sit-down of essentially just trying to intimidate each other. Nothing important, as expected.
- Keanu Carver will face EK Prosper next week, which he was very dismissive about.
- Nattie defeated Jaida Parker by submission.
- Mason Rook and Lizzy Rain bumped into Tristan Angels, who gloated about how he’s undefeated, unlike them. Aaron Rourke came over to say he’ll beat Angels and retain the EVOLVE title.
- Semifinal Match in the WWE Women’s Speed Championship No. 1 Contender Tournament: Arianna Grace defeated Layla Diggs by pinfall.
- Backstage, Romeo Moreno, Noam Dar, Dorian Van Dux, and Sean Legacy were chatting. Dar admitted that he has good chemistry with Dar. Legacy said the same about himself and Dux, who was looking at The Culling arguing.
- Tate Wilder is still chasing his first win in NXT and continues his white meat uber-positive attitude.
- Saquon Shugars and Dion Lennox will face each other at Great American Bash. Shugars was given a vignette about his past.
- Lola Vice & Kendal Grey defeated Zaria & Kelani Jordan by pinfall with some help from a distraction by Tatum Paxley. After the match, Jordan grabbed the title belt and it led to Grey accidentally hitting Vice with it to build some more tension for next week’s contract signing and Great American Bash match between Vice and Grey.
