SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT: They made an announcement that Jeff Hardy was found unconcious in a stairwell at a Boston hotel this morning – a story that was broken on WWE.com this afternoon and later revealed by insiders to be a “storyline.” Hardy is out of action.

MVP was eliminated by Khali. Kane was eliminated by Mysterio. Shad was eliminated by the Miz. The Miz was eliminated by Mysterio. JBL was eliminated by Countout. Shawn Michaels, Rey Mysterio, and the Great Khali are the survivors.

The Undertaker defeated The Big Show: The Big Show destroyed the first casket but some druids rolled a second casket down to the ring. Big Show tipped it up vertical but Undertaker whipped him inside of it and it fell over for the victory!
GOOFY VIGNETTE
The Colon Brothers & The Bella Twins + Charlie Haas + The Boogeyman: Carlito & Primo Colon were out on a date with Brie & Nikki Bella when they were interrupted by the famous Gobbledy Gooker. All four of them assumed it was Charlie Haas, but then Haas showed up as himself. It turned out to be the Boogeyman inside the Gooker costume!

Team Orton (Randy Orton & Cody Rhodes & William Regal & Shelton Benjamin & Mark Henry) defeated Team Batista (Batista & C.M. Punk & Kofi Kingston & R-Truth & Matt Hardy): Matt Hardy was not there so Team Batista started with four. Regal was eliminated by Punk in 11 seconds, Truth was eliminated by Benjamin, Kingston was eliminated by Orton, Punk was eliminated by Rhodes…. Batista was left to face four guys! Henry was eliminated by Batista, Benjamin was eliminated by Batista, Batista was eliminated by Orton. Randy Orton & Cody Rhodes were the survivors.
WWE CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH
Triple H vs. Vladimir Kozlov ended with Edge winning the WWE Championship: They announced that since Jeff Hardy was unable to compete that it would be a singles match between Triple H and Vladimir Kozlov. What a rotten bait and switch! Triple H planted Kozlov with the Pedigree after twelve minutes but the match was interrupted by General Manager Vickie Guerrero. Vickie yelled “he’s here!” and everybody looked for Jeff Hardy. However, it was Edge who hit the ring and speared WWE champion Triple H. The injured Jeff Hardy ran down and swung a chair at Edge (who was obviously the culprit who attacked Hardy at the hotel) but missed and accidentally hit Triple H! Hardy cracked Kozlov with a chair next! Edge speared Hardy, and pinned Triple H to win the WWE Championship!!! Edge celebrated with his wife, Vickie Guerrero – so they are back together.. AGAIN!
WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE MATCH
John Cena defeated Chris Jericho to win the World Heavyweight title: Hometown hero John Cena used an FU to put Chris Jericho away and capture the World Heavyweight title!
