SHIMMER athletes Daizee Haze and Allison Danger will both be competing internationally just after the new year, making their respective debuts in different parts of the world.
Earlier today, Sportsnavi reported Daizee Haze’s debut in Japan, which will take place on January 5th in Tokyo as part of a show celebrating 20 years since Big Van Vader’s debut in Japan. Look for Frank Pozen to have more details later today at http://www.shimmerathletes.com (The SHIMMER Forums) concerning the show Daizee will be appearing on.
Allison Danger will be a part of La Reunion Tour in Madagascar from January 4th to 14th, along with Chad Collyer, Are$, and others.

East coast standout Alicia, who made her SHIMMER debut on Volume 11, has announced that she is going to be taking a sabbatical from professional wrestling to pursue her education abroad. Here is what she wrote on her MySpace blog…
Hey there everybody!!
I have to tell you, the past 7+ years of my life have been an awesome journey thanks to professional wrestling.
Pro-wrestling was my crutch through 8th grade, high-school, and a good part of college. However, because of it I haven’t had the chance to really concentrate on my education as I would have normally. Right now I’m at a point where I have a huge study abroad opportunity as well as another opportunity to attend an even bigger university.
There are many decisions I need to get moving on, and unfortunately which ever way I swing it, I’m not going to have the time or energy I used to have to put into wrestling.
I’m not considering this a “break” from the business because I’m not sure if this is the end or not. Either way, it’s been one hell of a ride the whole way.
Thank you to every person who has supported me. Every fan that put up with my mouth running, cheered me, or boo’ed me. Thank you to every juggalo that threw faygo at us when wrestling at ICP’s Gathering. Thank you to every wrestler who I’ve ever been friends with. And thank you to all the places that let me live part of my dream, especially JAPW, SHIMMER, WSU, WXW, and ROH. And thanks to IWF, IEW, SSCW, NWS, and AWA(NJ) where I got most of my start.
