- Cash Wheeler will be charged in his aggravated assault case from back in August. He’s set to be sentenced on February 20.
- Florida law calls for a maximum penalty of five years in prison or five years probation, plus a $5000 fine.
- He was released on a 2500$ bond after a road rage incident and pointing out a gun.
- Prosecutors decided to move forward on Thursday, February 1st with a hearing to take place on Tuesday, February 20th.
- Wheeler has yet spoke about this incident. He was also asked to turn in all weapons and cannot contact the victim.
