CWF MID-ATLANTIC’S 7th ANNUAL 30-MAN RUMBLE THIS SATURDAY, OCTOBER 6th, IN BURLINGTON, NC* 30 Enter but only 1 Survives this Saturday Night! Dillinger dares Cross to show up and fight at the end of the night!

CWF Mid-Atlantic returns to the Carolina Sports Arena in Burlington, NC this Saturday, October 6th, with a 7:30pm belltime. This is a full card of great action featuring the annual 30-Man CWF Rumble!

Saturday, October 6th will mark the SEVENTH ANNUAL 30-Man CWF Rumble.
For the last six years, the CWF Rumble has risen to become the
supreme annual event in CWF Mid-Atlantic. It has become the most
influential night of the year in CWF Mid-Atlantic and this year’s will
be no different.

In addition to the 30 person Rumble bout, several huge bonus matches
have been signed by Commissioner Ty Dillinger to ensure that this is a
CAN’T MISS event. The Commissioner was upset over the historic
“talent trade” that took place last week in Greensboro, NC between
Fatback Enterprises and the Lumpkin Management Group. Manager Brad
Stutts’ traded a guaranteed title match won by Mitch Connor to Sheik
Lumpkin for the rights to “Dangerous E” Corey Edsel. This created a
response by Commissioner Dillinger this week, ordering Edsel’s
contract put in escrow for a week as he reviews the details, making
him ineligible for the Rumble. He also dealt with the ramifications
of Sheik Lumpkin possibly announcing a title match for this Saturday.

As is tradition in the CWF, the Mid-Atlantic Heavyweight Champion
defends his title as a feature bout on the Rumble night. Dillinger
quickly announced that he had already signed a contract for Silvia to
defend his championship and that all other title holders would only
participate in the main event Rumble. It should be noted that all the
current champions are part of Dillinger’s VIP stable.

Joey Silvia will walk into the 7th Annual CWF Rumble as Mid-Atlantic
Heavyweight Champion, as it marks one year ago that he captured the
title from Rob “Boogie Woogie Man” McBride at this very event. Silvia
will defend against the popular Alex Adonis. A choice that Sheik
Lumpkin was not happy about, as Adonis has been feuding with the Sheik
and his Arab Army for months, and a selection that is another slap in
the face of Lumpkin for acquiring a future title match from Brad Stutts.

However this pick of Adonis could prove to backfire against Silvia.
Adonis, a decorated war veteran and experienced fighter in mixed
martial arts competitions, is also one of the most improved wrestlers
in the entire company. Adonis has waited patiently over the past
year, working himself up the rankings while still embroiled in a war
with Sheik Lumpkin, for just such the opportunity has he has earned
this Saturday night to battle for the Mid-Atlantic Heavyweight Title.
Dillinger’s “fair & equal policy” could very well spell the end to one
of the longest title reigns in the history of the company.

Also slated for action is the new team of the Kamakazi Kid & Xsiris.
The popular duo were created out of necessity, to counter the constant
double attacks from Gemini Kid and Jesse Ortega on Kazi. Now the team
is hoping to position themselves into a future title bout against the
new champions, a match that fans are sure to be demanding in the
coming weeks.

But everything leads up to the main event where 30 wrestlers will
compete for the winner’s right to challenge for any title of their
choice on an upcoming event. Two former Rumble winners have gone on to
worldwide television exposure, two former Rumble winners have become
Mid-Atlantic Heavyweight Champions within months of their victory and
2005’s Rumble winner Ric Converse catapulted himself from that victory
to the AWA World Heavyweight Championship!

Commissioner Ty Dillinger has announced a special “Bonus Main Event”
for this Saturday night as well. “Cross shows up at my building when
he knows I’m out of town. Well this Saturday, I will be in
Burlington. Cross, I’m daring you!” the Commissioner screamed. “No,
I’m double daring you to show up at the Rumble and face me like a man.
Because if you do, if you have the guts, there will be a bonus main
event match. That’s right, me and you, one-on-one street fight to
settle this once and for all. I am going to beat you senseless inside
the Carolina Sports Arena and all the way down Highway 62. I’m tired
of you and the fans saying me and Destiny are cowards. After I
congratulate the Rumble winner, if you have the guts Cross, climb in
the ring and we’ll give the fans a special bonus and I will get rid of
you forver!!!” declared Dillinger.

Will the former Commissioner Cross show up to face Dillinger??? You
cannot leave after the Rumble main event to see how this challenge
unfolds!!!!

You can be part of the action as well with the annual CWF RUMBLE FREE
DRAWING! As always for our annual Rumble event, the first 30 tickets
purchased will also receive one name from the 30 entrants in the 7th
Annual CWF Rumble. The ticket holder with the name of the winning
wrestler will receive A FREE PRIZE! Be sure to be at the Carolina
Sports Arena early to be one of the first 30 people to be entered in
this FREE drawing!

THE 7th ANNUAL CWF RUMBLE – THE PARTICIPANTS

Ric Converse: A former Rumble winner … Former 3-Time Mid-Atlantic
Heavyweight Champion … Under the rule of Commissioner Ty Dillinger,
Converse has been constantly denied a shot at the heavyweight crown
held by Joey Silvia … A Rumble win is his last chance to get a shot
at Silvia’s title and puts Converse in a “must win” position … Odds:
10-1

Rob McBride: Former Mid-Atlantic Heavyeight Champion… Former
Mid-Atlantic Television Champion… Former Mid-Atlantic Tag Team
Champion… Only person in company history to hold both the
heavyweight and tag titles simultaneously… One of the most popular
wrestlers and no stranger to the Final 4 of the Rumble … Popular
with other fan favorites but a definite target with all rule breakers
in the Rumble… A win here would likely be the only way Commissioner
Dillinger would ever allow the decorated champion another shot at a
title held by the VIPs … Odds: 10-1

“Simply” Steve Green: Appearing in his 6th CWF Rumble … Current
Mid-Atlantic Television Champion (2nd Reign) … Former Mid-Atlantic
Tag Team Champion … Won the “Lucky 30” entry at last week’s Lethal
Lottery event albeit under controversial circumstances … The
“cleaner” in the Rumble expected to eliminate Ric Converse should he
make it to the end … Has two VIP members in Gemini Kid and Jesse
Ortega to assist … Odds: 10-1

Tank Lawson: Appearing in his 4th CWF Rumble … Recently lost the
Mid-Atlantic Tag Team Titles … Powerhouse seems primed and ready to
make this his biggest Rumble ever… Odds: 15-1

Brass Munkey: Appearing in his 6th CWF Rumble… Former Mid-Atlantic
Television Champion … Former Mid-Atlantic Tag Team Champion … Made
the Final Four of this year’s Weaver Cup… Seems destined to capture
another major victory … Odds: 15-1

Jesse Ortega: Appearing in his 4th CWF Rumble … Current Mid-Atlantic
Tag Team Champion with Gemini Kid… Has already won a Weaver Cup and
had a TV Title run that broke records, so a Rumble win would only add
to his growing legacy … Displays the intensity that is perfect for
this type of environment … VIP allegiance with Gemini Kid and Steve
Greene could ensure he lasts to the end … Odds: 15-1

Marcellus King: Appearing in his 3rd CWF Rumble … Went all the way
to the final two of the Rumble two years ago before being eliminated
by Ric Converse … After failing in chases for all three major CWF
titles, needs a Rumble win to reestablish himself in title contention
… Physically one of the definite favorites … Odds: 20-1

Xsiris: Appearing in his 6th CWF Rumble… Newly formed tag team with
the Kamakazi Kid… Former tag team with Ric Converse… These could
prove to be very valuable friends in a match where it’s every man for
himself… Former Mid-Atlantic Television Champion and Rising
Generation League Champion… One of only two men in CWF history to
hold two titles simultaneously … Odds: 20-1

Donnie Dollar$: Appearing in his 3rd CWF Rumble … Looks to add a
Rumble win to Fatback Enterprise as stablemate Mitch Connor captured
it last year… However can the stable work together for success as
there are quite a bit of problems between Connor and the rest of the
team… Odds: 20-1

Mitch Connor: Appearing in his 3rd CWF Rumble … This year’s Weaver
Cup Winner … Won last year’s Rumble … Former Mid-Atlantic
Television and Tag Team Champion… Has scored two recent victories
over Mid-Atlantic Hwt. Champion Joey Silvia … Seemingly have a
career year all the while manager Brad Stutts seems to be at odds with
Connor as fans have now begun to cheer for him … Odds: 20-1

Kamakazi Kid: Appearing in his 4th CWF Rumble … New team with Xsiris
could help push both to the end if they are able to pair up during the
contest… Has had many career-defining moments in Rumble history …
Incredible resiliency to survive when it looks the darkest … Brutal
feud with Gemini Kid prevented him from entering last year’s Rumble…
Definitely will be gunning for his rival if the opportunity presents
itself but cannot forget survival is the key to winning this match …
Odds: 30-1

Gemini Kid: Appearing in his 4th CWF Rumble … Has had ridiculously
good luck in the Rumble, with his worst number ever drawn being #27
… Missed last year’s Rumble due to injuries suffered prior to the
Rumble in a “Kazi Rules Match” … Has been on a quest to win the mask
of Kazi ever since … 20+ year veteran has made Final Four in 2 of
his 3 Rumble matches … If can team up with VIP members Jesse Ortega
and Steve Greene with another lucky number, could likely capture the
win if not distracted by feud with Kazi … Odds: 30-1

Matty Dee: Appearing in his 3rd CWF Rumble … Has survived to the
Final 4 in the Rumble before only to be hospitalized by Michael Yamaha
… Now Yamaha wants to “make amends” for his actions… Fans
definitely want the two to team up… Can Matty trust Yamaha in the
Rumble? … Odds: 40-1

Michael McAllister: Appearing in his 2nd CWF Rumble … Former
Mid-Atlantic Television Champion… Is a notoriously hated wrestler,
… His success lies in his cunningness to manipulate others to fight
his battles for him (which is perfect for a rumble) … Odds: 50-1

Roy Wilkins: Appearing in his 2nd CWF Rumble … Current Rising
Generation League Champion … Full of fight and with no real feuds
could fly under the radar to the end … Odds: 75-1

The Field : Everyone else in the CWF Rumble … All must look to the
success of Brad Attitude, who started his career in this very match
and won it two years later … Long, long, long shots at best and the
luck of the draw will be their best friend or worst enemy … Odds:
1,000-1

All this and more bonus matches!

Don’t you dare miss it!!!

Stutts added “Dangerous E” Corey Edsel to the Fatback Enterprises

Connor and Stutts had some tense words ending with Connor storming out
of the arena alone, leaving his partners in the ring.

+++Commissioner Ty Dillinger changed up the rules of the Lethal
Lottery, entering his name into the event and then upon being chosen,
calling out “Dangerous E” Corey Edsel, making their bout 3 on 2.
Dillinger also protested the drawing of Ric Converse’s name as the
partner of Steve Greene, but produced what he thought to be a coup by
entering the Black Pegasus into the event, a hired gun aimed at Converse.
