Hello everyone and welcome to your Indy Wrestle Line Independent report I am the Weekend Warrior Randy Klemme.

———————————

We start off today’s report by urging all indy wrestling fans to attend this Wednesday’s NWA-Indiana show in Lafayette, Indiana. The show has been moved from Reihle Brothers to the Lyn Treece Boys & Girls Club, 1529 N 10th Street in Lafayette, Indiana. This will be the LAST NWA-Indiana show as they will soon be closing their doors, which is very sad news for Indiana independent wrestling as NWA-Indiana put on one of the best shows in the state. Wednesday’s show will mark the return of the Legendary “Boogie Woogie Man” Jimmy Valiant.

Hopefully you had a chance to hear the great interview this week with PT Hustla in the Hot Seat with my friend Robert Rush. Great job Robert! It was only on option three for a short time so hopefully you had a chance to catch it.

This weeks birthday wishes go out to WCWO Wrestling Star Boy Toy Bryan of the Chicago Playaz celebrating a birthday today….on Tuesday, TNA referee Rudy Charles will have a birthday…and on Wednesday, everybody’s sweetheart, Whipme Spearz will be celebrating a birthday. So happy birthday to those three this coming week

We have some results to report today from this weekends action

Rowdy Roddy Piper was at the EWF Arena in Marion, Indiana last night

Joey “Don’t Call Me Indiana Kidd, Jr” Owens beat Justin Dean

General Lee defeated Ryan Rich

Matt Cavins & Dark Lion defeated Locked N’ Loaded to win the EWF Tag Team titles

“Rowdy” Roddy Piper came out for “Piper’s Pit”. Piper talked about how important the independents are and also brought out his son Colt–BUT there were problems with Roddy Piper after the show and I will have more after the results….

Andy Santos beat Bob by DQ

EWF Midwestern Champion Nate Phoenix defeated Drew Johnson

EWF New Era Champion Just Justin defeated Apollo Star

and EWF Champion Big Ric Cannon beat Wildman Rogers

Apparently Piper was to meet fans and sign autographs and take pictures after the show, however during the second half of the show, Piper and his son disappeared. Several calls to Piper by EWF Promoter Jayson Maples were not answered by Piper, who asked and received his money for his appearance prior to the show. Piper has been appearing this weekend at a convention in Indianapolis but also took the booking Saturday night at the EWF Arena. Maples says he is making the “Piper disappearance” good for the fans who stuck around to buy his merchandise after the show.

In my personal opinion, It is really sad that some of these legends are like this. I have heard stories about how Piper was when it came to independent show bookings. Apparently Mr Piper has forgotten where he came from and is far above anyone on the independent scene. As far as I am concerned Mr Piper owes the EWF back his appearance fee for his disappearing act and also owes the fans who paid to be at the EWF Arena Saturday night. Piper turned his back on everyone.

MY MESSAGE TO MR PIPER–YOU ARE A TOTAL JERK! You better not forget where you came from, because we ALL will see you on the way back down-brother!

I just wasted my time saying that cause Piper in my book doesn’t exist any longer!
