Hello everyone and welcome to your Independent Wrestling News update on the Indy Wrestle Line, I am the weekend warrior Randy Klemme.

A Quick note from IWA MidSouth….they have cancelled their show for this Friday night in Rock Island, Illinois, However they are still scheduled for Joliet, Illinois on Saturday at the Hartman Rec Center. The Ugandan Giant Kamala, Josh Abercrombie and Roderick Strong are scheduled on that card….They also have the King of The Death Matches coming up June 22nd and 23rd in Plainfield, Indiana

Results continue to trickle in from this past weekends shows…

Hoosier Pro Wrestling was in action in front of 230 fans at the HPW Arena in Columbus, Indiana

Troy Van Zant beat Bobby Black by DQ when Sinn attacked Troy, Brian Beech then came out to make the save and then he hit a DDT on Troy making the heel turn. Tom Van Zant and Ricky Morton made the save setting up a six man tag later on the show.

Ox Harley pinned Dewey Brown after a DDT into a chair

Cousin Cooter Clampett pinned Dave Bain

She Nay Nay pinned Amber Monroe

Ricky Morton and TVZ beat Sinn, Brian Beech and Bobby Black when Morton pinned Brian Beech

and Diceman Ronnie Vegas and Pastor Pain battled to a bloody Double DQ which ended with the battle going out into the parking lot

Fire Pro Wrestling had a benefit card in Rensalaer, Indiana on Saturday afternoon…

Pride Champion Chase Richards def. Hoss w/ Tristin Hayze

Machine def. Zain Ramsey

The Kent Boys (Hayden & Christopher) def. Cade Lee w/ Lynn Marie + “the Associate” Dave Allen

“The Regulator” Tristin Hayze def. “the Party Danimal” Danny Lawrence to win the FPW Cruiserweight title

“The Big Jack” John Burke def. PT Hustla

“The Aerial Assassin” Roach, Jinx & “Diehard” Steve Szoke def. New Breed (Kenny Courageous & Devon Fury) and Carl Morris

and it was Chase Richards pinning Tristin Hayze in a 4-way with Christopher Kent and Dan Lawrence to become the first ever Triple Crown Champion in Fire Pro Wrestling history. Chase “the Face” Richards is now the Pride and Cruiserweight Champion.

Next show in this Saturday at the FPW Arena, 401 W. 82nd Pl. in Merrillville, Indiana. Doors open at 6 pm, bell time at 7 pm. Tickets are $10 for adults, $6 for children under the age of 10

On Saturday Ohio Championship Wrestling was in Newark, Ohio at the National Guard Armory

The Single White Males defeated the Clash

Jack Diamond downed J. Raymond Huntley.

Christian Vaughn & Ryan Midnite beat Q & A

Robby Starr beat Danny Daniels & Scotty Sabre in a 3-Way Dance to retain his OCW Heavyweight title.

The Black Bloods defeated The Single White Males.

Sherman Tank beat Jeff Cannon by DQ

and it was Vance Desmond downed Jason Thunder in a steel cage to retain the OCW Cruiserweight title.

OCW returns to Strasburg, Ohio at the Wallick Auction Center on Saturday, June 16 for another big event.

Northern Wrestling Federation was in Bedford, Kentucky Saturday night…

Christopher Michael Lotus defeated Tiny Tim and the Crybaby in a Three Way Dance.

NWF Tag Team Champions Freaks & Geeks defeated The Thugs.

Chad 2 Badd Allegra defeated Muldoon.

The Hippies defeated The Zodiacs.

Stewie Backlund defeated NWF Champion Ryan Stone by DQ.

and Tri-State Champion Ice retained his title against The Genuine Superstar Anthony Bryant.

Next weekend it’s a doubleheader weekend for the NWF….Friday night they are at BoneKrusher’s in Cincinnati and then on Saturday at the UAW Hall in Fairfield, Ohio. Both belltimes are at 8pm

Tag Team Title Tournament Semi-Final Match: Team Bada-Bing (Ryan Epic & Ryan Rage, w/Big Russ Jones) beat The Frat House (Donny & Mikey Benjamin)

In the other Semi-Final match–Ringside Revue (Keith Creme & Gavin Starr) defeated Jake Omen & Adam Bueller

Hardcore Harry pinned Jamie Eternal

Tony X, Sean Tyler, and El Blue Inferno fought to a no contest

UCW Champion “The HYPE” Jimmy Shalwin and the Absolute Answer (Caden Ames & Christian Able) defeated Tony X, Sean Tyler, and El Blue Inferno.

Scotty Young beat Louis Linaris.

Brutus Dylan pinned Kenny Kage.

And in the Tag Team Title Tournament Finals: Team Bada-Bing (Ryan Epic & Ryan Rage, w/Big Russ Jones) beat Ringside Revue (Keith Creme & Gavin Starr) to become the 1st ever UCW Tag Team Champions.
