At “Stars & Stripes Forever” 1991, reigning WWF Intercontinental champion Mr. Perfect tunes up for his Wrestlemania VII title defense against the Big Boss Man by locking up with future legend Shawn Michaels. Bobby Heenan is so confident in his man he doesn’t leave the boradcast position to manage Hennig in this match. Was it a mistake?
