IN THE RING
Jeff Jarrett: Jeff Jarrett said his whole career his back has been up against a wall. Jarrett said when he founded TNA people called him crazy, because hundreds have gone to the grave trying to battle the guys up north. Jarrett said TNA has never been as strong as it is today. Jarrett said Kurt Angle was over in the UK to promote TNA but he aired his dirty laundry instead. Jarrett read part of the article, where Angle talked about what he will do when his TNA contract expires. Jarrett read some Angle’s comments praising Vince McMahon – saying they had a father-son bond. Jarrett remembered two years ago when Angle thanked him for “freeing me from that hell.” Jarrett showed previously unseen footage of Kurt Angle talking crap about Vince McMahon and threatening to knock Vince out next time he saw him. Jarrett said that he just broke the father-son bond, and at Bound For Glory he will beat Kurt so bad even papa Vince won’t take him back! Interesting promo.

Sting said when he got to know some of them personally he realized that just don’t have the respect. Joe said guys like he and Styles are the future of wrestling, and the person who that is most clear to are the ones who they are passing by. Sting said his problem is the disrespect in trying to put guys like Booker T & Kurt Angle out of action. Sting said there wouldn’t be a Hulk Hogan or a Sting if it wasn’t for the fans. Joe said Sting preaches about the fans but why doesn’t he show up? Joe asked why it was him who is busting his ass for all of the fans. Sting said Joe wasn’t going to disrespect him and get away with it.

Robert Roode issued an open challenge to any tag team from any company on the planet. Team 3-D came out but they were immediately interrupted by Abyss & Matt Morgan. LAX interrupted next, followed by the appearance of TNA Management’s Jim Cornette. Cornette made the 4-WAY Monster’s Ball for Bound For Glory official – but didn’t they already announce this match earlier on the show?

TNA KNOCKOUTS TAG TEAM MATCH
ODB & a mystery partner (Rhaka Khan) defeated The Beautiful People (Angelina Love & Velvet Sky w/Kip James): After the match, the Beautiful People were sore losers and attacked ODB & Khan until Rhino ran down to make the save – specifically targetting Cut Kip James.

IN THE RING
Mick Foley (TNA debut!) + Kurt Angle: Mick Foley made his debut appearance in the iMPACT ZONE as an employee of Total Nonstop Action! What a great sight! Mick Foley said it was an absolute honor to stand in the same ring where Cute Kip just stood – love that Foley sense of humor! Foley said it was one of the biggest nights of his entire career, and thanked the fans at the iMPACT Zone and at home watching at home for welcoming him. Foley mentioned the Vice Presidential debate, which was going head-to-head with iMPACT on this night! Foley thanked the founder of TNA, Jeff Jarrett, for having the faith to bring him to TNA and refer to him as TNA’s greatest acquisition. Foley thanked Vince McMahon (boos) for giving him a lot of opportunity and also making his decision to leave the WWE an easy one (kind of a shot). Kurt Angle crashed the party and said Jeff Jarrett wants to fine him for a comment he made in an interview. Angle said Jarrett was full of SHIT and Foley said “whoa, you can’t say that on television!” Angle said that two weeks ago Jarrett said he lost everything and that touched a nerve with him. Angle said Jarrett said he lost his title, his medals, and his wife. Angle looked into the camera and said the worst thing I’ve ever heard on a wrestling show, “I’m not the only one who lost their wife.” Wow, that is just totally unnecessary. Foley yelled at Angle for claiming he carried TNA on his back and belittle the efforts of Samoa Joe & A.J. Styles. Foley started talking about being a commentator for WWE and called some amazing matches featuring some amazing wrestlers – he named Edge, the Undertaker, Shawn Michaels, Chris Jericho, “the great” Triple H, and John Cena. Foley said he thought about Kurt Angle because he defeated all of those guys. Foley said he realized that Jeff Jarrett was wrong because Kurt was the greatest acquisition in TNA history. Foley added that he thinks Kurt might be the greatest performer in the history of the business. Foley said he needs to know for sure if Angle is the greatest at Bound For Glory. Angle invited Foley to replace Don West as an announcer at Bound For Glory. Foley said he didn’t come to TNA to be an announcer. Angle invited Foley to stand in his corner. Foley declined and said TNA management has named him the special enforcer for the main event at Bound For Glory!
