BACKSTAGE INTERVIEW
Jeremy Borash & Jeff Jarrett: Jeff Jarrett said he hasn’t been in the ring in two years and Kurt Angle wrestles around the world on a nightly basis. Jarrett said it was a personal issue between he and Kurt, and has nothing to do with business. Jeremy Borash noticed Kurt’s gold medal on the desk and Jarrett said he had big plans for the medal tonight!

IN THE RING
Christian Cage + Booker T & Sharmell + A.J. Styles + Jim Cornette: Christian Cage said people tell him he needs to pick sides between the veterans and the young stars of TNA. Christian said he will pick a side when he wants to pick a side, but maybe he doesn’t want to pick a side. Christian said unlike most people in the locker room, he doesn’t need to pick a side. Booker T came out and said he was there to try to pursuad Christian. Booker T said he and Christian came from the same school. Booker T said A.J. Styles wants to move Christian out of the spotlight so he can take it for himself. A.J. Styles hit the ring to defend himself. Styles said maybe it Booker’s country the word respect has a different definition. Booker told Christian, “do you see Christian, he doesn’t respect us!” Styles called Booker a ‘washed up bas-been’ and Booker claimed Styles was talking to Christian. Jim Cornette interrupted and booked Booker T vs. A.J. Styles with Christian Cage as the special guest referee.

BACKSTAGE INTERVIEW
Jeremy Borash & Sting: Sting said his match with Samoa Joe at Bound For Glory will be the biggest match of his life. Sting said it wasn’t about the title, or all the glory, but he is putting his reputation on the line. Sting said he was representing everybody everywhere who has been disrespected. Sting said losing at Bound For Glory is not an option.

NO-DQ GRUDGE MATCH
“Cute” Kip James w/The Beautiful People defeated Rhino: Rhino set up a table in the corner of the ring, but Velvet Sky shot hair spray into Rhino’s eyes! Cute Kip speared Rhino through the table and scored the pin to win the match! Kip and the Beautiful People continued to assault Rhino after the match until ODB & Rhaka Khan made the save with steel chairs in hand!

BACKSTAGE INTERVIEW
Jeremy Borash & Kurt Angle: Kurt Angle said he was going to sit back tonight and let Jeff Jarrett make the first move.

#1 CONTENDERS 4-WAY X-DIVISION MATCH
Consequences Creed defeated Petey Williams and Jay Lethal and Sonjay Dutt (w/So-Cal Val): This was the first time that Jay Lethal and Sonjay Dutt were in the ring together since So-Cal Val betrayed Lethal and sided with Dutt.

BACKSTAGE INTERVIEW
Lauren Brooke & Sheik Abdul Bashir: Sheik Abdul Bashir said he couldn’t think of a better opponent for Bound For Glory than the one man who drapes himself with the red, white, and blue. The Sheik went on an Anti-American tirade and promised to torture Consequences Creed this Sunday on PPV!

KAREN’S ANGLE
Karen Angle & Mick Foley: Mick Foley said he was thrilled to be in TNA and last week was the first day of the rest of his life. Foley said TNA feels like a place where a difference can be made – unlike at WWE. Foley said for selfish reason he wants to make a difference in the business. Foley said he was flattered to be apart of one of the biggest matches ever at Bound For Glory. Foley said Kurt Angle was very emotionally charged. Foley said Jeff Jarrett has had a tough time and has to try not to let the situation get the most of him. Foley said maybe he can be a mentor for Jeff.

BACKSTAGE INTERVIEW
Jeremy Borash & Rhino: Rhino said Kip James was going to become an appetizer at Bound For Glory because it will be a show that people will want to pay their hard earned money on.

ANNOUNCEMENT
Steve “Mongo” McMichael (remember him?): They announced that Steve McMichael would be the referee for the Monster’s Ball match at Bound For Glory. Mongo was shown cutting a promo to hype the Tag Team Monster’s Ball match!

NON (TAG TEAM) TITLE MATCH
Matt Morgan & Abyss defeated TNA World Tag Team champions Beer Money (Robert Roode & James Storm w/Jackie Moore): Team 3-D (Brothers Ray & Devon) joined Mike Tenay & Don West on commentary for the match, and they brought some weapons down with them (intimidation tactics). Team 3-D talked a lot of trash on commentary and threatened to bring a can of lighter fluid to Bound For Glory!

BACKSTAGE INTERVIEW
Lauren Brooke & LAX (Homicide & Hernandez): Homicide said they were from the streets and they want revenge on Robert Roode & James Storm. Homicide said they would elevate their hate in Chicago and get revenge on Beer Money.

IN THE RING
Mick Foley + Kurt Angle + Jeff Jarrett: Mick Foley (who was wearing a sport jacket) said Brother Ray bastardized the plade vest so he was working on a new wardrobe. Foley said he was fortunate to have a lot of great moments in his career, and last week will hold a special place in his heart. Foley started to hype the Jeff Jarrett vs. Kurt Angle match at Bound For Glory this Sunday in Chicago. Foley, who will be the special outside enforcer, promised to take care of anybody who tried to interfere in the match. Kurt Angle came out to the six-sided ring, followed by Jeff Jarrett joining them. Jarrett said TNA made a huge mistake hiring Kurt Angle, but he was going to chalk that up to bad judgement. Jarrett said things could have been a lot different, and this is what Kurt wanted. Jarrett pulled out Kurt Angle’s gold medal and handed it back to him, saying that he earned it. Angle didn’t have anything to say to back to Jeff Jarrett. Foley asked for a handshake and Angle extended his hand and shook Jeff’s hand. Angle thanked Jarrett for giving him back his Olympic gold medal. Angle told Jarrett to go home and tell his three little girls that he apologizes…………… because Daddy’s not coming home after Bound For Glory!

BACKSTAGE INTRVIEW
Jeremy Borash & Booker T & Sharmell: Booker T, using his goofy accent, said A.J. Styles was good for two things in his country, feeding the chickens and picking up dog poop! Jeremy Borash once again asked what was inside of the mystery briefcase and Sharmell said Booker will reveal its contents when the time is right. Booker T said the time is approaching.

TNA KNOCKOUTS TAG TEAM MATCH
Awesome Kong & Raesha Saed defeated Taylor Wild & Roxxi Laveaux: Awesome Kong pinned Roxxi Laveaux.

MAIN EVENT GRUDGE MATCH
A.J. Styles defeated Booker T: Christian Cage was the special guest referee for the match, and the question was if he would side for the veterans (Booker T) or the new generation (A.J. Styles). There was a pinfall but there was some confusion as to whose shoulders were pinned to the mat. After some hesitation, referee Christian declared A.J. Styles the winner! Booker T attacked Christian, who fought back and knocked Booker down! Styles reached for Christian’s arm, but Christian turned around and clotheslined Styles down to the mat! Jim Cornette came out pissed off and booked A.J. Styles vs. Booker T vs. Christian Cage in a three way dance at Bound For Glory!

IN THE RING
Jim Cornette + Sting + TNA World champion Samoa Joe: Jim Cornette hyped the World Heavyweight title match at Bound For Glory between Samoa Joe and Sting. Sting came out, and Samoa Joe came out next. Jim Cornette said the only stipulation they both wanted was that win, lose, or draw in Chicago there will be NO REMATCH. That’s dumb. Cornette asked both men to sign the contract. What? You’ve been advertising the match for weeks without a contract??? Luckily both men signed the contract so the match was good and official. Sting said may the best man win at Bound For Glory. Samoa Joe said that Kevin Nash taught him to be professional, and professional speaking, Sting is wrong about him – because he does respect Sting. Samoa Joe offered a hand-shake and Sting accepted (dejavu). Joe snapped and head-butted Sting right on the forehead! Sting fired back and they had a major intense pull-apart brawl as TNA iMPACT went off the air!
