General Manager Theodore Long + Mark Henry & Tony Atlas + Colin Delaney: Theodore Long presented Mark Henry with a brand new ECW World championship belt. Mark Henry came out with a big smile on his face, excited to raise the new belt over his head. Tony Atlas said they were happy to receive the new title belt in the home of where ECW began (Philadelphia). Tony Atlas said the ECW title now has prestige and credibility. Atlas said anybody who tried to hold onto yesteryear they will get squashed and swept under the rug like Tommy Dreamer. Atlas said anybody who realizes this is a new day, will be rewarded – like Colin Delaney! Colin Delaney, who turned heel on Tommy Dreamer at Great American Bash, entered the ring and shook hands with the ECW champion. Delaney said Dreamer was his mentor, but he got nothing out of it, except getting his butt kicked every night. Delaney called Dreamer a washed-up loser! Delaney said he was on board with Mark Henry & Tony Atlas, and offered to carry their bags. Theodore Long got mad and said Tommy Dreamer would get a match with Colin Delenay…. RIGHT NOW!

Tommy Dreamer defeated Colin Delaney: Mark Henry & Tony Atlas wished Colin Delaney luck and said “you’re on your own.”

John Morrison & Mike “The Miz” Mizanin: Miz & Morrison complained about losing their titles at Great American Bash without even getting pinned. Miz and Morrison focused on the fourway #1 Contenders match later and both men predicted that the other would win it. They wished each other luck.

Evan Bourne defeated James Curtis with a Shooting Star Press: Chavo Guerrero (who was defeated by Evan Bourne last week) joined Mike Adamle & Tazz on commentary for the match. Mike Adamle called Bourne “Evan from Heaven” – nice. After the match, Chavo Guerrero & Bam Neely entered the ring from opposite sides but Evan Bourne caught on and escaped without harm.

Ricky Ortiz & Tiffany + Theodore Long: Ricky Ortiz was flirting with Tiffany when General Manager Theodore Long came in. Ricky said he had some ideas and new catch phrases, and was excited about getting an action figure. Theodore Long said he should slow down because he hasn’t been there that long. Ricky argued that he WAS undefeated. Long booked Ricky Ortiz in a match next week to see if he could make it 2-0.

Matt Hardy: Matt Hardy cut a promo about one door closing and another one opening. Hardy predicted that he was going to SUMMERSLAM!
