We go live into the Allstate Arena to see the WarGames cage coming down. We’ll have the first-ever Women’s WarGames match to kick off the show!
WarGames Match
Team Ripley (Rhea Ripley, Candice LeRae, Tegan Nox, and Dakota Kai) vs. Team Baszler (NXT Women’s Champion Shayna Baszler, Io Shirai, Bianca Belair, NXT UK Women’s Champion Kay Lee Ray)
The match with start with Io Shirai vs. Candice LeRae.
Rhea Ripley, Tegan Nox, Dakota Kai, NXT Women’s Champion Shayna Baszler, NXT UK Women’s Champion Kay Lee Ray, and Bianca Belair are in the cages for now.
A big brawl breaks out with the two women, and LeRae takes her down. LeRae goes for a head-scissor takeover, but Shirai lands on her feet. Shirai avoids an enzuigiri, but LeRae quickly takes her down with a double chickenwing facebuster. Shirai rolls into the other ring. LeRae goes for a suicide dive into the other ring, but Shirai kicks her. Shirai then hits a tiger feint kick, gets in the other ring, and hits another tiger feint kick. Shirai has her against the cage in between the two rings and connects with double knees to the face. Shirai stands on the ropes, walks to the other ring’s top rope, and jumps off with a springboard missile dropkick. Shirai rips at the face and puts her in the corner. Shirai hits a running dropkick in the corner. Two minutes before a member of Team Baszler enters the ring. Shirai and LeRae are in between the rings. LeRae blocks a whip, but Shirai hits a drop-toe-hold on the metal grate that covers the gap. Shirai digs LeRae’s face into the cage. Team Ripley is pacing angrily in the ring. Shirai hits a slingshot double knee, but LeRae soon comes back with a jawbreaker. The clock eventually winds down as LeRae gets a head of steam.
Time expires. Bianca Belair is out of the cage for Team Baszler. Belair hits a double chickenwing slam before connecting with a standing shooting star press. Belair goes for a powerbomb, but LeRae counters with a hurricanrana. LeRae chops away at Shirai and sidesteps Belair who runs into Shirai. LeRae unloads on both women with right hands before hitting a running elbow on Shirai. Belair quickly forearms LeRae and hits a pair of vicious powerbombs before powerbombing her into the cage! Belair gets LeRae in a camel clutch, and Shirai hits the ropes a number of times before dropkicking LeRae’s face!
Time expires. Rhea Ripley is now legal. Ripley goes under the ring and throws in a garbage can. Belair tries to attack, but Ripley slams the door into her head. Ripley puts another garbage can with some lids in the ring. The crowd is absolutely on fire. Ripley throws in some kendo sticks and chairs. A “We want tables” chant picks up. Ripley does not bring a table into the ring. Ripley hits a swinging facebuster into the garbage can on Belair! Ripley and LeRae set up four chairs seat to seat in pairs of two. They go to slam Belair, but Ripley cuts them off.
Time expires, and NXT UK Women’s Champion Kay Lee Ray is legal. Ray goes under the ring and grabs some chairs before bringing out a table. She then throws it back under the ring to big heat. Ray gets in the ring and hits Ripley and LeRae in the ribs with the chair. Ray slams the chair off LeRae’s back before hitting Ripley with a tornado DDT on the chair. Belair goes to jump off the top rope onto Ripley on the chairs, but LeRae cuts her off. Ripley and LeRae go to superplex Belair onto the chairs, but Shirai attacks. They fold the chairs up and put them in the center of the ring. Ripley then does a Tower of Doom on Shirai, Ray, and LeRae onto the chairs piled up in the middle ring! Belair then hits a top rope splash onto Ripley on the chairs.
Time expires, and Dakota Kai viciously attacks Tegan Nox! Kai viciously slams her into the cage on the stage. Kai slams the cage door on Nox’s arm before viciously slamming it off Nox’s surgically repaired knee. Kai rips off Nox’s knee brace. NXT General Manager William Regal comes out, and Kai hits him! She attacks Nox again before leaving to the back to massive heat. Shayna Baszler is in the other cage laughing.
Time expires, and NXT Women’s Champion Shayna Baszler comes out. Baszler recognizes her 4-on-2 advantage. She walks over to Nox, who is being tended to by referees and doctors, but she doesn’t attack. Baszler slowly walks down to the ring and gets inside. Baszler and Ripley brawl, but the numbers advantage for Baszler’s team come to the advantage. Belair wedges a garbage can in the corner and throws a kendo stick into the other ring.
This match officially starts as a 4-on-2 advantage for Team Baszler. LeRae connects on Ray and Shirai with a double DDT! Ripley fights out of being handcuffed to the top rope. Shirai and Ray soon make a comeback on LeRae. Ripley sends Belair into the wedged garbage can before getting in the other ring and dropkicking Ray. Ripley counters a DDT from Ray and suplexes her into the cage wall! Ripley then applies an inverted cloverleaf on Belair on the top rope. Baszler applies a Kirifuda Clutch on LeRae on the top rope. Shirai kicks Ripley in the face. LeRae gets out and hits a springboard moonsault on Baszler for a near fall. Belair then press slams and throws LeRae to the other ring onto Ripley. ray hits a Gory Bomb on LeRae, and Shirai hits a moonsault for a near fall. Ripley makes a comeback, but Belair viciously attacks her with her hair braid! LeRae wildly hits away at Belair with a kendo stick. Shirai then attacks LeRae from behind with a double underhook backbreaker. Shirai then climbs to the top of the cage, but LeRae cuts her off. Ray also climbs to the top rope. LeRae hits Ray with a wild poisonrana off the top rope, but Belair breaks up the pin!
LeRae and Belair brawl in the center of the ring. LeRae pulls on the hair of Belair, and Shirai is standing on the top of the cage. Shirai then hits a moonsault off the top of the cage onto LeRae and Belair! Unreal!
Ripley pounds away at Baszler with a chair. Ripley puts Baszler on two chairs end to end and goes to put a garbage can over her head, but she instead uses the garbage can to hit Ray. Baszler then applies a Kirifuda Clutch to Ripley! Ripley somehow powers out and handcuffs herself to Baszler! Ripley kicks away at Baszler before Baszler trips her. Ripley counters back with a Riptide onto the chairs for the win! Ripley and LeRae have come back from 4-on-2 odds!

The winner of this match will go on to face NXT Champion Adam Cole tomorrow night at Survivor Series.
The match starts with everyone whiffing on kicks and standing in a stalemate. Dain points at Dunne, so Dunne grabs the fingers. Priest knocks Dunne out of the ring and attacks Dain. Dunne comes in and kicks Priest. They criss-cross the ropes before Dain clotheslines Priest out of the ring. Dunne then twists the arm of Dain and stomps the limb! Priest then forearms Dunne in the back of the head. Priest knocks Dain off the apron and goes for a springboard plancha, but Dunne cuts him off. Priest then catches Dunne trying to scale the ropes with a Crucifix Powerbomb attempt, but Dain hits him with a running cross-body block. Dain hits Dunne with a Michinoku Driver onto Priest! Dain covers Priest for a near fall. Dain then covers Dunne for another near fall.
Dain goes outside and slams Priest off the commentary table before bouncing him off the steps. Dain lifts Priest up on his shoulders and catches Dunne! Dain is carrying both men! Dain then hits a Samoan Drop on the floor on Priest while giving Dunne a fallaway slam! Dain gets Dunne in the ring and viciously whips him to the corner. Dunne fights back, but Dain knees him in the midsection. Dunne slides out of a fireman’s carry and chops the chest. Dunne backflips over Dain and dropkicks him. Dunne sidesteps Priest and flips out of a German Suplex. Dunne dropkicks Priest before hitting a snap German Suplex on Dain. Dunne stomps Dain’s hands and kicks him. Dunne then gets Priest in a triangle choke attempt. Dain attacks Dunne and helps Priest hit a big powerbomb on him.
Priest and Dain exchange blows in the center of the ring. Priest knees Dain and punches away at him. They clothesline each other, but neither man goes down. Dunne attacks both men, clubbing and chopping them both until Priest attacks them both. Priest hits Dunne with a discus forearm before Dain head-butts Priest in the face. Dunne dropkicks Priest down and kicks him in the head. Priest hits a roundhouse kick on Dain, but Dunne kicks him in the head. All three men then connects on stereo kicks! They’re all down!
An “NXT” chant fires up. Dunne kicks Dain in the head a few times before Priest wipes them both out with a summersault senton off the top rope. Priest hits Dunne with a Broken Arrow onto Dain before connecting with South of Heaven for a near fall. Priest throws Dunne out of the ring and hits a Crucifix Powerbomb onto the Spanish commentators’ table! Dain then wipes Priest out a suicide dive! Dain then hits a cannonball onto Priest through the barricade! Dain gets Priest in the ring for a near fall.
Priest fights back at Dain, but Dain slams him down before hitting a senton splash. Dain goes to the middle rope, but Priest grabs the ankle. Priest then hits Dain with a huge crucifix powerbomb, but Dunne breaks up the pin! Dunne holds Priest’s hands and stomps away at the face. Dunne forearms Priest in the corner and backs up, but Priest follows him for a flying elbow. Priest then hits a WILD over-the-top-rope running plancha onto Dain! Dunne goes to the top rope and annihilates Priest and Dain with a moonsault to the floor!
Priest and Dunne are in the ring, and they exchange blows before Priest turns him inside out with a clothesline. Dunne gets out of The Reckoning and goes for a pumphandle. Priest gets out, but Dunne counters into a cross arm breaker. Dain breaks it up with a low dropkick. Dain hits Priest with a One-Winged Angel for a near fall.
Dain gets Dunne on the top rope and puts him in the tree of woe. Dain sends Priest into Dunne before hitting a cannonball on both men. Dain hits a Vader Bomb on Priest, but Dunne breaks up the pin with a moonsault. Dunne hits the Bitter End on Dain, but Priest kicks Dunne in the head to break up the pin! Dunne slowly gets up and goes to the top rope. Priest cuts him off and hits a super hurricanrana that sends Dunne into Dain! Priest wipes both out with kicks and hits The Reckoning on Dunne, but Dain breaks up the pin! Priest sends Dunne to the corner, but Dunne backflips over him. Dain immediately chop blocks Dunne before dropkicking Priest off the apron. Dain goes to the top rope, but Dunne cuts him off with a kick to the head. Priest gets Dunne on the top rope, but Dunne snaps his fingers. Dain knocks Priest off the top rope to the floor. Dunne then gives Dain a superplex. Dunne hits a Bitter End on Priest, but Dain breaks it up with a senton splash! Dain goes for a One-Winged Angel on Dunne, but Dunne counters into a sleeper hold. Dain leaps back to slam Dunne onto Priest. Dunne all of a sudden kicks Dain out of the ring and covers Priest for the win!

Pete Dunne will face Adam Cole for the NXT Championship tomorrow night at Survivor Series.

The crowd is really buzzing about this match. They circle the ring a few times before going for a test of strength. Riddle goes for a takedown, but Balor gets away. The crowd chants Riddle’s name in the style of the Goldberg chants. Riddle wrenches the arm and takes him down for a one count. They lock hands, and Balor blocks a takedown. Riddle twists out and goes for an arm bar, but Balor gets out with a head-scissor. Riddle gets up, but Balor ducks a Penalty Kick. Balor smiles at him. Balor applies a side headlock and cinches it in. Riddle tries to whip him off, but Balor keeps it locked in. Riddle gets out with a head-scissor, but Balor gets out and reapplies the side headlock. Riddle fights up and tries to whip him off, but Balor keeps it applied. Riddle powers out and hits a pair of rolling gutwrench suplexes. Balor gets out and rolls him up for a two count. Riddle then connects with a stiff forearm. Riddle goes for a sunset flip, but Balor rolls through and dropkicks him in the face for a near fall. Balor then applies a chin lock. Balor takes him down trying to fight up. Balor chops away at Riddle in the corner before stomping him down. Balor then hits a running dropkick in the corner for a near fall. Balor reapplies the chin lock, but Riddle fights up. Balor quickly throws him out of the ring before hitting a wrecking ball dropkick. Balor puts Riddle on the apron before slamming his face off it. Balor gets him in the ring for a near fall. Riddle tries to fight back, but Balor cuts him off. Balor kicks away at Riddle’s face and poses. Riddle fights back with chops and a kick to the chest before hitting a roundhouse kick and an exploder suplex. Riddle connects with a PK and a Broton for a near fall.
Riddle turns Balor upside down, but he gets out. Balor soon connects with a reverse Bloody Sunday for a near fall. Riddle soon comes back with a Bro To Sleep. Riddle goes for a Flying Bro, but Balor gets the knees up. Balor connects with a Woo Dropkick to the corner before going to the top rope. Balor goes for the Coup de Grace, but Riddle moves and applies the Bromission! Balor fights out of it and connects with the 1916 for the win!

The Undisputed ERA (NXT Champion Adam Cole, NXT North American Champion Roderick Strong, and NXT Tag Team Champions Kyle O’Reilly and Bobby Fish) vs. Team Ciampa (Tommaso Ciampa, Keith Lee, and Dominik Dijakovic)
The match will begin with Roderick Strong vs. Tommaso Ciampa.
NXT Champion Adam Cole, NXT Tag Team Champions Kyle O’Reilly and Bobby Fish, Keith Lee, and Dominik Dijakovic will remain in the cages for now.
Ciampa slides over a crutch, but Strong throws it out of the ring. Ciampa and Strong duke it out before Ciampa kicks him in the face. Ciampa clotheslines Strong down three times before sending him into the cage wall. Strong blocks it and sidesteps Ciampa. Strong forearms him back and connects with a backbreaker. Ciampa rolls to the other ring, and Strong follows him. Ciampa blocks a suplex and connects with a front suplex on the top rope. Ciampa then kicks Strong in the face. Ciampa chops the chest and slams him into the cage wall. Ciampa does the 10 punches in the corner. Ciampa says, “F### you” and punches some more at him. Strong fights back and chops the chest. Strong then does the 10 punches, but Ciampa bends his head down and knees him in the face! Ciampa sends him into the ropes, but Strong holds on and goes in between the rings. Ciampa goes for a DDT, but Strong pulls him in between the rings. They punch away at each other before Ciampa clotheslines him into the ring. Ciampa goes for a slam, but Strong counters into a double knee gutbuster. Strong punches away at Ciampa before stomping the midsection.
Time expires. Kyle O’Reilly is out of the cage first. O’Reilly takes Ciampa down and punches away at him. Ciampa comes back with a forearm, but O’Reilly punches and sweeps the legs. Strong and O’Reilly chop away at Ciampa and kick him into the other ring. Ciampa fights back, but they cut him off. Strong and O’Reilly send him into the ropes, but Ciampa holds the ropes. Ciampa drops O’Reilly in between the rings. O’Reilly grabs the arms, and Strong connects with some running forearms. Strong hits a backbreaker, and O’Reilly follows up with a top rope flying knee.
Time expires, and Dominik Dijakovic enters the ring. Dijakovic avoids O’Reilly and forearms Strong. O’Reilly forearms Dijakovic before running into a big boot. Dijakovic punches back and turns him inside out with a clothesline. Dijakovic forearms him in the corner and superkicks Strong. Dijakovic then hits a release suplex on O’Reilly onto Strong. O’Reilly lands on Strong’s knees! Dijakovic grabs Strong, who slaps him. Dijakovic angrily sends him into the cage wall three times. O’Reilly then jumps on Dijakovic with a guillotine choke, but Dijakovic lifts him up and knees him in the ribs before throwing him into the cage wall. Dijakovic gets in Ciampa’s ring and attacks O’Reilly. Ciampa woks over Strong. Dijakovic punches O’Reilly, who bounces off the ropes between the ring each time to eat another punch.
Time expires, and Bobby Fish enters the ring to bring it back to a 3-on-2 advantage. Fish attacks Ciampa with a back elbow into the cage wall before tying him up in the ropes for some kicks. Fish punches and kicks away at Dijakovic before booting Ciampa in the face. Dijakovic grabs Fish by the throat, but O’Reilly grabs Dijakovic. Fish and O’Reilly hit Total Elimination on Dijakovic. Fish and O’Reilly then hit Chasing the Dragon on Ciampa. Strong puts Dijakovic over the ropes against the cage wall. The Undisputed ERA take turns driving him into the wall. They then take Ciampa down.
Time expires, and Keith Lee enters the ring to a big ovation. So far, Lee is the last member of Team Ciampa. There is no fourth member announced. Lee runs wild all over the UE. Lee leapfrogs Fish and O’Reilly before wiping them out with a huge running cross-body block. The crowd is going wild for Lee. Fish and O’Reilly soon put Lee in between the ring, but he comes back with a slingshot cross-body slam. Lee goes for a Spirit Bomb on Fish, but O’Reilly interrupts it. Lee goes for a Spirit Bomb on Strong, but his legs are kicked out. Strong then dropkicks Lee in the face. The Undisputed ERA triple-teams Lee before Ciampa stops them. They overwhelm Ciampa and take him down. Dijakovic grabs O’Reilly and slams him into the other ring. Dijakovic then clubs Strong into the other ring. Fish applies a sleeper hold on Lee and gets him in the corner.
Time expires, and Adam Cole enters the match to a big ovation. Cole goes under the ring and pulls out a table to a MASSIVE pop! Cole grabs a second table and puts that against the barricade. Cole grabs a third table and puts that in the ring. A fourth table is brought out and put in the ring. Five tables now! Four in the ring, one leaning against the barricade. In the ring, O’Reilly attacks Dijakovic’s knee. Time for a sixth table, which goes into the ring. Final count is five tables in the ring, one against the barricade. Ciampa grabs Cole and pushes him off the apron into the table leaning against the barricade! Ciampa grabs Cole and puts him in the ring.
This match has not started officially as we are still waiting to find out the fourth member of Team Ciampa. Undisputed ERA stands off with Team Ciampa in the ring. A brawl breaks out between the two teams. Strong gives Dijakovic a back body drop. Lee tries to do a combo move on O’Reilly and Fish, but Fish low blows him.
The clock ticks down and no one comes out. The Undisputed ERA are laughing. KEVIN OWENS’ MUSIC THEN HITS! Owens gets in the ring to a massive pop and attacks. Owens hits Fish with a Pop-up Powerbomb before hitting an ushigoroshi on O’Reilly. Owens hits Strong with a half nelson suplex before powerbombing Fish onto O’Reilly. Owens faces off with Cole. The crowd chants, “Welcome back.” The match has officially begun. Owens tells Cole to “suck it” and goes for a Stunner. Cole blocks it, but Owens soon hits him with the Stunner anyway. Strong breaks up the pin.
Dijakovic attacks Strong, and Lee comes up. Lee and Dijakovic, once bitter enemies, team up to throw Fish into the other ring onto the rest of the Undisputed ERA. Owens gets on the second rope and rattles the cage to a huge ovation. Owens stomps Strong while Ciampa sets a table up. Ciampa hits O’Reilly with a draping DDT while Dijakovic sets a table up in the empty ring. A second table is set up in the full ring. Cole gains an advantage on Owens and knees him. Dijakovic works over Strong before fighting Fish off. Lee goes to the top rope and hits a cross-body block on the Undisputed ERA and Dijakovic. O’Reilly goes to the top rope and hits a diving knee drop on Lee’s knee. O’Reilly then applies an Achilles Lock. Lee grabs the bottom rope, but there are no rope breaks in this match. Dijakovic then hits O’Reilly with a springboard moonsault. Fish breaks it up with a springboard moonsault! Ciampa slams Fish, and Owens follows up with a swanton bomb. Cole superkicks to break up the pin.
Cole goes to the top rope, but Lee head-butts him. Strong cuts Lee off, and Cole escapes. Strong then hits an Olympic Slam on Lee off the ropes! Dijakovic breaks up the pin. A loud “This is awesome” chant fires up. O’Reilly and Fish hit Total Elimination on Dijakovic. Owens wipes them all out with tosses into the cage wall before grabbing Cole in between the legs. Cole elbows out and goes for a suplex. Owens blocks it and goes for a package powerbomb, but Cole fights out. Cole connects with a superkick and tries for Panama Sunrise. Owens fights it, but Cole connects with Panama Sunrise on the metal strip in between the rings! The crowd is losing it.
The Undisputed ERA sets two tables up side-by-side. Fish and Strong attack Ciampa and put him on the two tables. Cimapa fights it and sends Strong into the table’s edge before sending Fish into the cage wall. Ciampa hits a Project Ciampa on O’Reilly before hitting running knees on Fish and Strong against the cage wall. Cole superkicks Ciampa, but Ciampa soon sends him into the cage wall. Ciampa hits some running knees on Cole against the cage wall to the crowd’s approval. Ciampa gets Cole on the top rope, but Cole fights it. Cole goes for Panama Sunrise off the top rope through the tables, but Ciampa blocks it. Ciampa slams Cole’s head off the cage wall, but Cole comes back with a slam of his own. In the other ring, Fish and Strong have Lee on the top rope. On the other side, Cole climbs to the top of the cage. Fish is standing on the top rope and kicking Lee. Dijakovic grabs Strong and Chokeslams him into the other ring through a table! O’Reilly then applies a triangle choke on Dijakovic. Dijakovic powers him up, but O’Reilly cinches it in. Dijakovic lays him on the table. Owens then goes to the top rope and hits a frog splash on O’Reilly through the table! Lee then hits a Spirit Bomb off the middle rope through the table!
Ciampa and Cole are fighting it out on the top of the cage. We’re reminded that if anyone leaves the cage after the match has begun, the other team will win by disqualification. Ciampa lifts Cole up and HITS AN OVER-THE-SHOULDER BELLY-TO-BACK PILEDRIVER OFF THE CAGE THROUGH THE TABLES! Ciampa covers for the win!
