A video recaps what happened last week on WWE NXT.

We see Charlotte Flair’s SUV drive up to the NXT Arena. NXT General Manager William Regal gleefully greets her and orders assistants to get her bags out of the back.

Dominik Dijakovic vs. Cameron Grimes

The bell rings, and Dijakovic quickly applies a side headlock after Grimes tried to take him down. Grimes tries to whip him off, but Dijakovic holds on tight to the side headlock. Grimes tries again for the same results. Grimes knees out and whips him off, but Dijakovic shoulder blocks him down. Dijakovic hits the ropes and catches Grimes. Dijakovic picks him up, but Grimes gets out. Grimes then connects with a dropkick. Grimes knees Dijakovic in the midsection and takes him out. Grimes chokes him with his shin and rips at the face. Grimes chokes Dijakovic on the ropes before hitting the ropes, but Dijakovic wipes him out with a cyclone kick for a near fall.

Dijakovic punches away at Grimes before elbowing him in the face a few times. Dijakovic sends him into the ropes for a backbreaker. Dijakovic stands on the middle rope and hits a splash for a near fall. Grimes chops Dijkovic, but Dijakovic cuts off the momentum. Dijakovic goes for a suplex, but Grimes lands on his feet and forearms him. Grimes connects with a hurricanrana and hits the ropes for a running cross-body block, but Dijakovic catches him before tossing him over the top rope to the floor. An “NXT” chant picks up. Dijakovic puts him in the ring, but Grimes dropkicks him off the apron and hits a penalty kick.

-Commercial Break-

We come back from the break to see Grimes applying an arm bar to Dijakovic. Dijakovic whips him off, but he lowers his head and eats a kick. Grimes punches away at him, but Dijakovic quickly punches away at him. Dijakovic kicks and chops him before hitting a release suplex. Dijakovic forearms away at him and hits a facebuster. Grimes quickly kicks him, but Dijakovic superkicks him before turning him inside out with a clothesline for a near fall. Dijakovic grabs him by the throat, but Grimes fights out. Grimes superkicks him before hitting a German Suplex with a bridge for a near fall.

Grimes knees Dijakovic in the head before kicking him to the apron. Dijakovic avoids a sliding dropkick to the floor. Dijakovic then hits a second rope moonsault block to the floor! Dijakovic grabs his knee in pain. Damian Priest all of a sudden runs down and hits Dijakovic in the knee with a nightstick! Dijakovic holds his knee at ringside and is in a lot of pain. The referee counts, but Dijakovic gets in the ring at the last second! Grimes immediately hits the Cave In for the win!

NXT General Manager William Regal has an announcement about the NXT Women’s Division now that Rhea Ripley is defending the NXT Women’s Championship against Charlotte Flair at WrestleMania. Starting next week will be some qualifying matches. The winners will go on to NXT TakeOver: Tampa Bay in a Ladder Match to determine the #1 Contender for the title.

We’ll find out Finn Bálor’s next move… next!

-Commercial Break-

During the commercial break, Dominik Dijakovic had to be helped to the back.

Finn Bálor makes his entrance. Bálor says he’s not a moves guy, an internet guy, or a sneaky, stooge to the office kind of guy. When the bell rings, he is THE guy. Bálor has built brands. Japan? Done it. Mexico? Done it. Intercontinental Championship? Done it. Universal Championship? Done it. NXT Championship? Done it. It’s WrestleMania season and everyone in the business is trying to peak for WrestleMania. He’s been at his peak for 20 years.

The big question is what’s the next move for the Prince? Who is going to get the “Finn rub”? Matt Riddle got it, Johnny Gargano got it… even Ilja Dragunov got it.

All of a sudden, Imperium’s music hits! Fabian Aichner and Marcel Barthel come out to the stage. Barthel says there is one thing Bálor hasn’t done. NXT United Kingdom Champion WALTER wants to send his regards. Bálor gets out of the ring and attacks before they can. Bálor sweeps Aichner’s feet and stomps him before sending Barthel into the ring steps. Bálor hits a Sling Blade on Aichner on the floor. Bálor sizes Aichner up, but Barthel blindsides him. Imperium double-teams Bálor before Aichner knees him in the head against the ring steps. Imperium stands over him while the crowd chants for WALTER.

Video Package: Austin Theory says he’s the future of NXT and Tommaso Ciampa won’t make it through the night.

-Commercial Break-

A mysterious vignette airs.

Footage is shown from earlier today of Bianca Belair arriving to the NXT Arena. Belair says Charlotte Flair wants to face the quickest and the best. She’ll give Flair what she wants.

Xia Li vs. Mia Yim

The bell rings, and they shake hands. Yim doesn’t release and gets in Yim’s face. Li throws some kicks, but Yim backs up and begs her off. Yim then takes her down with a dropkick. Yim hits the ropes and rolls over Li. They hit the ropes and criss-cross. Yim takes her down and hits a low dropkick. Yim pulls Li to the center of the ring, but Li kicks her off. Yim quickly hits a big boot in the corner and digs it in her face. Yim backs up and misses a rolling senton in the corner when Li moves. Li punches Yim back and hits a clothesline. Li superkicks her down and connects with a push kick. Li hits a running forearm in the corner and hits the ropes. Yim avoids a dropkick and hits Protect Ya Neck.

All of a sudden, Dakota Kai’s music hits. She comes out with Raquel Gonzalez. Kai says Yim stole her spot at NXT TakeOver: WarGames III. Yim says it wasn’t her spot. Li then rolls Yim up for the win!

Winner by Pinfall: Xia Li

Gonzalez gets in the ring and attacks Yim, big booting her down. Xia Li comes to Yim’s aid and hits Gonzalez. Gonzalez shakes her off and hits a clothesline. Gonzalez then kicks Li out of the ring. Yim jumps on Gonzalez’ back, but Gonzalez fights her off. Gonzalez knees her in the midsection before hitting a lifting powerbomb. Dakota Kai laughs on the ramp. Gonzalez leaves the ring.

Tommaso Ciampa is warming up backstage. He’ll face Austin Theory, next.

-Commercial Break-

The Velveteen Dream is shown backstage. Roderick Strong tried to break his back, but Dream beat him on NXT. That’s not enough. Dream wants it all. He wants everything. Next week… the Dream wants Roderick Strong to experience that Steel Cage!

Austin Theory vs. Tommaso Ciampa

The bell rings, and they lock up. Ciampa hooks a side headlock, so Theory whips him off. Ciampa shoulders him before sending him into the ropes. Theory shoulder blocks Ciampa down and punches him. Theory punches Ciampa against the ropes before sending him into them. Ciampa holds on and boots Theory. Ciampa sends him into the ropes for a back elbow. Ciampa punches him before hitting a headlock takeover. Theory tries to fight out, but Ciampa hits another headlock takeover. Theory gets out, but Ciampa avoids a dropkick. Ciampa sends Theory out of the ring. Theory pulls Ciampa out of the ring. Ciampa tries to send him into the barricade, but Theory puts the brakes on. Theory attacks and puts Ciampa in the ring. Ciampa sends him to the corner, but Theory slingshots over him. Theory then dropkicks him down. Theory covers for a near fall. Theory uppercuts Ciampa, but Ciampa soon elbows him and hits a neckbreaker off the top rope. Theory falls to the floor. Ciampa goes outside and sends him hard into the ring post.

-Commercial Break-

We come back from the break to see Theory taking Ciampa down and hitting a standing moonsault for a two count. Theory applies an arm bar, but Ciampa fights up. Theory forearms Ciampa back and sends him to the corner, but Ciampa pops out with a clothesline. Ciampa punches away at Theory and kicks him in the face before hitting a trio of clotheslines. Ciampa follows up with a German Suplex before kneeing him in the face. Ciampa goes for the Fairy Tale Ending, but Theory gets out. Ciampa elbows him back. Theory goes for rolling thunder, but Ciampa knees him in the face for a near fall.

Ciampa chops the chest and puts him on the top rope. Ciampa chops him again and climbs the ropes. Ciampa sets up for an avalanche air raid crash, but Theory gets out. They trade punches in the center of the ring before hitting dual clotheslines. Theory hits a blockbuster before crushing him with Ataxia… but Ciampa kicks out! Ciampa soon fights back, and Theory elbows him. Ciampa stuns him with a knee to the face. Theory gets out of a Fairy Tale Ending and superkicks him. Theory hits a slam for a near fall. Ciampa rolls out of the ring, so Theory follows. Theory blocks a big boot and forearms him. Theory sends him into the barricade twice before putting him back in the ring. Theory goes for a slingshot, but Ciampa kicks him in the face. Ciampa hits a Willow’s Bell (hanging DDT). Ciampa follows up with the Fairy Tale Ending for the win!

Shortly after, Johnny Gargano gets in the ring and tries to blindside Ciampa. Ciampa fights back, but Gargano soon stomps him down in the corner. The crowd boos Ciampa. Ciampa comes back with a strike and punches away at Gargano in the corner. Austin Theory pulls Ciampa back, but Ciampa punches him, which Theory way oversells. Gargano takes Ciampa down and talks trash before superkicking him. Gargano sits next to a broken Ciampa on the apron and mocks his clap.

The NXT TakeOver: Tampa Bay logo is shown on the floor. Gargano pulls Ciampa off the apron and onto the logo before walking around him.

Bianca Belair will take on Charlotte Flair later tonight.

-Commercial Break-

The Undisputed ERA are shown backstage. Roderick Strong says he’s in agreement with Velveteen Dream. They should be in a Steel Cage. Strong is going to take him out. Bobby Fish says as for the BroserWeights, they got lucky in Portland and are going down. Kyle O’Reilly says he and Fish have won so many titles. They’re sharks in the water. Adam Cole says Fish and O’Reilly will concentrate on getting the Tag Titles back. After Strong eliminates Dream, he’ll get the North American Title back. They’ll get back to being the most dominant faction in NXT history.

Bronson Reed vs. Killian Dain

They lock up and shove each other. Reed lifts Dain, but Dain gets out and big boots him. Reed reverses a whip and dropkicks him out of the ring. Reed quickly follows up with a suicide dive! Reed gets Dain in the ring. Dain attacks him getting in the ring and hangs him over the second rope. Dain hits a guillotine leg drop off the second rope for a near fall.

Dain punches Reed in the corner before sending him hard into the opposite corner. Dain covers for a two count. Dain punches Reed back before taking him down and applying a seated abdominal stretch. Reed fights up and hits an inverted atomic drop. Reed avoids a running splash. They hit each other with running cross-body blocks and collapse to the mat. They soon get to their feet and exchange strikes before exchanging head-butts. Reed then clubs him down before hitting a scoop slam. Reed hits a swinging back suplex and gets pumped up. Reed hits a running hip attack in the corner. Dain gets out of a fireman’s carry and hits a Samoa Drop. Dain goes to the second rope for a Vader Bomb, but Reed gets the knees up. Reed goes to the second rope for a diving DDT! Reed hits a Death Valley Bomb for a near fall.

Reed drags Dain to the corner and goes to the top rope. Dain cuts him off and crotches him. Dain climbs the ropes and hits Reed with a massive superplex! Dain hits a trio of senton splashes before connecting with a Vader Bomb for the win.

The Forgotten Sons accept a challenge from the Grizzled Young Veterans after they insulted America.

The Grizzled Young Veterans make their entrance. Zack Gibson shouts about the Forgotten Sons opitimizing the United States by being redneck, blue collar, white trash, and ignorant. It’s the total package. They’ve conquered all of Europe.

The Grizzled Young Veterans vs. The Forgotten Sons w/ Jaxson Ryker

Zack Gibson starts against Wesley Blake. Gibson quickly shoulder blocks him down and applies a side headlock. Blake fights him off and applies a side headlock. Gibson whips him off, but Blake takes him down and hits some dropkicks before knocking James Drake off the apron. Steve Cutler tags in and picks up a two count. Cutler applies an arm bar, but Gibson fights up and pushes him to the corner. Cutler turns him around and punches away at him. Gibson quickly knees Cutler down and tags Drake in. Gibson helps Drake splash Cutler for a one count. Drake strikes away at Cutler for another one count. Drake applies a chin lock, but Cutler fights up. Drake takes him down before forearming him back. Gibson tags back in and avalanches him in the corner. Drake hits a spin kick for a two count. Gibson quickly applies a front facelock to Cutler. Drake tags in and hits a snapmare on Cutler before applying a chin lock.

Blake tags in and slams Drake for a two count. Drake rolls out of the ring and sees Ryker. Drake backs up. Blake attacks Drake at ringside. Blake takes Gibson and Drake down. Blake and Cutler hit a double-team hip toss on Drake and Gibson. They then press slam Drake out of the ring onto Gibson.

-Commercial Break-

We come back from the break to see Drake attacking Blake. During the commercial, the Grizzled Young Veterans hit Blake with a double-team elbow drop/backbreaker to the floor. Gibson tags in and takes Blake down. Gibson cinches it in. Blake fights up and hits a neckbreaker. Drake tags in, but Blake hits a back body drop.

Cutler tags in and clotheslines Drake twice before hitting Gibson and Drake with belly-to-belly suplexes. Cutler turns Drake inside out with a clothesline. Cutler hits a double underhook backbreaker. Cutler applies a Boston Crab, but Gibson breaks it up. Cutler knocks Gibson out of the ring. Cutler hits a Buckle Bomb on Drake before hitting a fisherman driver. Gibson puts Drake’s foot on the bottom rope. Jaxson Ryker chases Gibson around the ring. Gibson trips. Drake quickly hits Ryker with a suicide dive before sending him into the ring steps. Cutler hits a diving clothesline on Drake while Blake hits a summersault senton on Gibson. The Grizzled Young Veterans quickly take over in the ring. Blake viciously chops Drake’s chest. Drake helps Gibson avoid a moonsault from Blake. The Grizzled Young Veterans hit Ticket to Mayhem for the win.

Tegan Nox is backstage and asked about facing Dakota Kai in a Steel Cage match. Nox says Raquel Gonzalez won’t be a factor so she can take her aggression out on Kai. It started in a cage and will end in a cage.

Charlotte Flair is shown getting ready backstage. She’ll face Bianca Belair, next.

Another mysterious promo airs.

We’ll see Dakota Kai take on Tegan Nox in a Steel Cage Match next week on NXT. Velveteen Dream will also battle Roderick Strong in a Steel Cage Match on the same show.

Damian Priest is asked why he attacked Dominik Dijakovic. Priest says it’s nothing personal. Now Keith Lee knows what he wants.

Bianca Belair vs. Charlotte Flair

A loud “You don’t go here” chant fires up. They lock up, and Flair powers her into the corner and pushes her down. Dueling chants now fire up. Flair taunts the crowd and draws an imaginary line on the ring canvas. Belair steps up, Flair takes her down with a headlock takeover. Flair kips up, but Belair quickly takes her down. Flair sweeps the feet, but Belair quickly takes her down again. Flair gets out of a waistlock and applies it to Belair. Flair applies a front facelock and clubs Belair. Flair sends Belair into the corner, but she slingshots over her. Belair backflips over Flair and takes Flair down before taunting her.

Belair throws Flair by the hair before lifting her up and doing squats. Flair slides off and chops Belair back a few times. Flair hits a snapmare and connects with a running boot. Flair mocks Belair’s taunt.

-Commercial Break-

We come back from the break to see Belair send Flair into the ring post headfirst. Belair gets her in the ring, but Flair attacks. Belair catches her with an inside cradle for a two count. Flair sends Belair hard into the corner and hits a neckbreaker. Flair applies a dragon sleeper, but Belair bends out. Belair uses the ropes to flip out of it. Belair hits a facebuster with a handful of hair. Belair hits a double chicken wing slam for a near fall. Flair soon counters an attack with a vicious kick to the ribs. Flair applies an abdominal stretch, but Belair fights out and puts it on Flair. Flair pulls on the long ponytail of Belair. Belair avoids a low dropkick and hits a handspring moonsault for a near fall.

Belair goes for a powerbomb, but Flair gets out and lands on her feet. Flair elbows her and hits a backbreaker before sending her into the turnbuckle headfirst. Flair steps on Belair and climbs the ropes. Flair goes for a moonsault, but lands on her feet when Belair puts the feet up! Flair immediately applies a Boston Crab, but Belair gets to the bottom rope. Flair hits a jackknife cover for a two count. Flair quickly goes to a stretch muffler, but Belair fights it. Flair powers her up and hits a sit-out powerbomb for another near fall. Flair cannot believe it.

Belair avoids a big boot from Flair and dropkicks her out of the ring. Belair sends Flair into the ring post, which doesn’t look great. Belair gets Flair in the ring and goes to the top rope. Belair jumps off, but Flair moves. Belair quickly follows up with a spear, but Flair gets up and spears her as well. Flair follows up with Natural Selection for the win.

Flair quickly goes out of the ring and grabs a steel chair. NXT Women’s Champion Rhea Ripley makes her way to the ring and does her full entrance while Flair puts Belair’s leg in the chair and stomps on it. Ripley is still slowly making her way down the ramp as Flair puts Belair in the Figure Eight. Ripley gets in the ring and Flair immediately gets out.
