C.M. Punk defeated John Morrison and Mike “The Miz” Mizanin to retain the ECW World title:

Anastasia Rose & Montel Vontavious Porter: MVP said Matt Hardy would not be competing tonight due to injury and added he was better than everybody..

Mickie James & Maria Kanellis & Torrie Wilson & Michelle McCool & Kelly Kelly defeated Beth Phoenix (champion) & Melina Perez & Jillian Hall & Victoria & Layla El: I thought this was going to be an Elimination match but it ended up being one fall to a finish.. Melina botched her leaping splits entrance and started laughing, sort of breaking her character. Melina then left the ring and did it again properly so the production team could edit it for DVD. Mickie kissed Melina on the lips and then hit her with the chick-kick to win the match!

William Regal & Jonathan Coachman & Hornswoggle: William Regal & Jonathan Coachman were watching Hornswoggle pace back and forth worrying about his match with the Great Khali.

PROMO: Randy Orton said the super-kick was Shawn Michaels only chance at survival and predicted that he (Orton, himself) would win tonight..

PROMO: Shawn Michaels said Randy Orton made his life a living hell and tonight he will take the WWE Championship away from him..

Lance Cade & Trevor Murdoch defeated Hardcore Holly & Cody Rhodes to retain the World Tag Team titles: After the match; Hardcore Holly helped Cody Rhodes up and gave him an encouraging slap on the shoulder..

Todd Grisham & Triple H & Kane & Rey Mysterio & Jeff Hardy (with no Matt Hardy): Rey Mysterio said they were the underdogs because Matt Hardy was unable to compete so it would be a 5-on-4 tonight. Kane brought up how HHH accused him of being a murderer and had sex with a manniquin corpse of his girlfriend. Jeff Hardy remembered being put in the hospital by Triple H – Triple H said they need to put all of that behind them..

Matt Hardy did not make it due to an injury at the hands of MVP..
Kane was eliminated by Big Daddy V. after a Samoan Drop & Elbow Drop..
Rey Mysterio was eliminated by Umaga after a Samoan Spike to the throat..
Leaving HHH & Jeff Hardy alone to fight all five members of Team Umaga..
MVP was eliminated by Jeff Hardy after a Twist of Fate (revenge for Matt)
Mr. Kennedy eliminated by Triple H (this made Kennedy look really weak)
Big Daddy V. was eliminated by both Triple H & Jeff Hardy..
Fit Finlay was eliminated by Triple H after a Pedigree..
Umaga was eliminated by Jeff Hardy after a Swanton Bomb..

William Regal & Jonathan Coachman & Hornswoggle + Vince McMahon: Vince McMahon came in and sat down to have a father-son talk with Hornswoggle about why he made this match. Vince rambled on and said he did it because his last name was McMahon and he will rise to the occassion. Vince got Hornswoggle pumped up and ready to go face-to-crotch with the giant Great Khali!!

The Great Khali w/Runjin Singh defeated Hornswoggle w/The McMahons by DQ after Finlay interfered: Before the match, Shane McMahon introduced his father Vince McMahon and little brother Hornswoggle! The fans started chanting “We Want Shaq!” – and Vince told Shaq to stay in his front row seat.. Hornswoggle was fired up at first and drop-kicked Runjin Singh and spewed the green mist in his face! Hornswoggle found a shillelagh under the ring but The Great Khali grabbed it and chopped Hornswoggle down! Shane McMahon got up and wanted to go in and defend his little brother but Vince wouldn’t let him. Fit Finlay came down and hit The Great Khali with the shillelagh and took Hornswoggle backstage with him..

Randy Orton defeated Shawn Michaels with an RKO to retain the WWE Championship: Shawn Michaels was banned from using the super-kick, and if he did he would never get another title shot. Randy Orton was not allowed to intentionally get disqualified or else he would lose the WWE Championship. Michaels wore down Orton using the Cravat hold (tribute to Chris Hero?) for several minutes. On the 10th Anniversary of the Montreal Screwjob, Shawn Michaels used the Sharpshooter on Randy Orton! Michaels faked out Orton by setting up for the Sweet Chin Music, but used a Small Package. Michaels then used a (Crippler) Crossface (Wow, just WOW) and yanked back on Orton’s head. Orton went for the Punt Kick but Michaels countered and put Orton into Kurt Angle‘s anklelock! Orton escaped and later went for an RKO but HBK avoided it and went for a Super-kick but pulled it. The hesitation was enough to throw Michaels off his game long enough for Orton to hit the RKO to win! After the match, Randy Orton lifted Shawn Michaels up and propped him up in the corner and screamed at him. Orton turned around and Michaels stumbled out of the corner and connected with A SUPER KICK!

Batista defeated The Undertaker to retain the World Heavyweight title: After beating the hell out of each other and lots of blood, Batista power-bombed Undertaker through a table! Batista tried to power-bomb Taker onto the ring steps but Taker reversed it with a back-drop on the steps. The Undertaker hit a Tombstone but Batista kicked out so Taker Tombstoned Batista on top of the ring steps! Undertaker covered Batista but Edge (posing as a ringside camera man) showed up and pulled the referee out! Edge con-chair-toed The Undertaker’s head on top of the ring steps and put Batista on top of him so the referee counted 1-2-3 giving Batista a blood-soaked victory to retain the World Heavyweight Championship! Edge anticipated that Undertaker would “sit up” so he swung a chair and knocked him out with another chair shot to the face!
