Today in History: Beth Phoenix vs. Michelle McCool in an “Extreme Makeover” Match

April 25th, 2010 | At Extreme Rules 2010, Michelle McCool defended her Women’s Championship against Beth Phoenix in what was dubbed an “Extreme Makeover” match.

This called for them to use makeup and various household products as foreign objects, which kind of made it resemble a “Mid-Century Housewives” match instead. Regardless, Beth didn’t need an ironing board or a broom to seal up the victory, hitting Michelle with a regular old Glam Slam before pinning her and claiming the Women’s Title.
