Scheduled Matches:

VPW Championship Match

“Best Body in the Business” Jason Static vs. Zombie

Since the Zombie arrived in VPW, he’s been stalking VPW Champion, Jason Static. Everywhere that Static’s gone, the Zombie was never too far behind. Static was even chased into the streets of Centereach by the Zombie. Finally, these two giants of the squared circle will meet one on one, with the VPW Championship on the line!! The Zombie best beware of fellow members of Best Bodies, Inc., Sabotage and Joe Delicious. Both of them have proven that they are willing to do whatever it takes to keep the gold with Static. Will the “Best Body in the Business” be able to defeat the undead Zombie?? Will a new champion be crowned?? Find out at VPW Winter Chill!!!!

Mystery Challenge Match

“The Miracle” Javi-Air vs. ?????

Javi-Air and Azrieal have been battling it out in VPW for many months. Both men were looking to settle the score on January 19, 2008, but unfortunately Azrieal won’t be here. Javi-Air was especially looking for revenge after Azrieal took it too far after their last match ended with a cheap attack that wasn’t in the spirit of competition. While Azrieal won’t be at VPW this time, he has dragged out someone from Javi-Air’s past that’s looking to make an immediate impact. This mystery man guarantees excitement every time he steps in the ring. Don’t miss VPW on January 19th to see cruiserweight action at its best and to find out who Javi-air’s mystery opponent is!!!!

Grudge Match

“Ultra Sexy” Joe So Delicious vs. Mack Daddy Flexx

These two men are no strangers to each other and have already had several classic battles in VPW. January 19th will be one more chapter to add to the history of Joe So Delicious and Mack Daddy Flexx. As a member of Best Bodies, Inc., Joe Delicious has been after Flexx since day one. In fact last month, Joe Delicious did his best to make sure Mack Daddy Flexx was unsuccessful in defeating Jason Static for the VPW Championship. Flexx has not forgotten that and will be certain to make Joe Delicious pay. With Static and Sabotage at Joe’s side, the numbers may not exactly be in Flexx’s favor, but Flexx is sure to have some back-up in case he needs it. Who will win this battle of the two biggest men in VPW?? Find out on January 19th!!!!!!

Revenge Match

“Masculine Marvel” Sabotage vs. Jay Lover w/ Don Tony

This match has so much anger behind it that the VFW Hall might very well explode. Last month, Jay Lover made his VPW debut joining Don Tony and Grim Reefer in the OZHB. That association immediately out a bullseye on Jay Lover and Sabotage was the first to strike. The craftiest member of Best Bodies, Inc. actually had the gall to kidnap, Carmine the dog during Jay Lover’s match. Carmine is Grim Reefer’s dog. Later in the night, Jay Lover was thankfully able to get Carmine back. Unfortunately for Sabotage, after Carmine was back with his family, Sabotage was given a lengthy stinkface by Carmine in the middle of the ring in front of all the fans. Sabotage is fuming that the last thing the fans saw was Carmine’s rearend smothering his face. Now meeting in the ring one on one for the first time, Sabotage and Jay Lover are both ready to tear each other apart. In another chapter of the Best Bodies, Inc. war with the OZHB, anything can happen!!!

Tag Team Warfare

Eclipse vs. Suburban Swat Team w/ Mikey Old School

If anybody would have predicted that we’d ever see this match in VPW, they would have been called insane. Up until last month, these four men comprised Jack O’Hearts’ Crew, an unstoppable united unit that caused mayhem everywhere they went. It’s ironic that the man that brought The Crew together would end up being the cause of The Crew’s dissolution. In a fit of frustration, Eclipse turned on the man that brought both Jay Delta and Xandar Page to the game. In what could be seen as a surprise, Joey Everlast and Johnny Suburban chose Jack O’Hearts over Eclipse. Due to injuries, Jack O’Hearts is out of the picture, but the war has just begun. Now Suburban and Everlast are known as the Suburban Swat Team and they are looking to become the premier tag team in VPW. Additionally, the Suburban Swat Team has brought in a new manager to watch their back, Mikey Old School. What will happen when the former Crew explodes?? Will either team maintain the success they had with Jack O’Hearts??

Special Challenge Match

Nick Noshus vs. Major Intencity

Month after month, Nick Noshus has defeated everybody that he’s been in the ring with. One may rightfully question the tactics used to earn those victories, but nobody can argue with Noshus’ success rate. His undefeated streak may be over sooner than he thinks when he steps in the ring with none other than Major Intencity!! On a hot streak of his own, Major Intencity is determined to be the man to shut up Noshus once and for all. Could this be the night that Nick Noshus faces his first defeat?? Will Noshus continue to plow through the competition?? Will Major Intencity send Noshus packing to boot camp?? Find out at VPW Winter Chill!!!

Four Corner Elimination Match

Scotty Rio w/ Vinny the Guido vs. Nightmare vs. DC Diamond vs. “Firebird” Jorge Santi

This match will be a four corner elimination challenge where two men will be in the ring at a time and anybody can tag anybody. The match will continue until only man is left. The first participant is making his long-awaited return after a lengthy injury, DC Diamond. Diamond was a VPW staple until getting injured last summer. With plenty of time to heal, DC Diamond is ready to wrestle once again. The second participant is one of the cornerstones of VTG Enterprises, Scotty Rio. Rio is not only skilled in the ring, but he’s also proven that he’s willing to do anything to win. The third wrestler in this big match is the mysterious Nightmare. Not much is known about Nightmare, but the one thing for sure is that he’s always fired up the second he charges through the curtain. The final participant is “Firebird” Jorge Santi. Santi is one of the most skilled wrestlers in VPW, but he’s had a horrid bad luck streak these last few months against the likes of Nick Noshus. One might attribute that bad luck more to Noshus fighting dirty than anything else. Will Scotty Rio get what could be the biggest win of his career?? Will DC Diamond make a triumphant return?? Will Nightmare survive 3 opponents?? Will the “Firebird” soar to victory?? Find out on Saturday, January 19, 2008!!!

Tag Team Action

E.J. Risk & Cono Justin vs. Livewired

When JMS and VSK first teamed up, nobody could have predicted how well they would gel together. Since that time, Livewired has gone on to become a top tag team in VPW. This time, Livewired may have their work cut out for them as they face the debuting tag team of E.J. Risk and Cono Justin. Not much is known about these new comers aside from them wanting to go right to the top of VPW. The quickest way to the top is to take out one of VPW’s top tag teams. Could E.J. Risk and Cono Justin be the ones to make Livewired fizzle out?? Or will Livewired continue to power through to another win??

Other VPW News:

Vinny the Guido has contacted VPW officials and made it known that he feels VPW security hasn’t been doing its job lately. VTG said that in order to better protect himself and the rest of VTG Enterprises, he has hired a bodyguard. All that is known is that this bodyguard will be at VTG’s side on January 19th.

All VPW DVDs will be on sale at the next show, including the huge December event, Furious Fallout, which saw Jason Static defend the VPW Championship against Mack Daddy Flexx.

“Working Class Wrestler” Chopsaw is on a special construction assignment and will not be at Winter Chill. Chopsaw assures all of his fans that he’ll be back sooner than later.

The mysterious lady who was seen observing wrestlers at the last show is still unknown to VPW officials. She left the VFW Hall before anybody had a chance to question her. Will she be there on January 19th to once again observe?

VPW will return to Centereach on Saturday, March 8, 2008 for its Second Year Anniversary Show.
