DETAILED RESULTS:
In what would be the start of a wild and unpredictable night, the show kicked off with NWS promoter Joe Panzarino introducing WSU’s liason for the event, WSU Hall of Famer Missy Hyatt. Also introduced was NWS commissioner Gino Moore. All 8 participants were brought out to the ring to get a look at what they were competing for – the coveted women’s J-Cup trophy. After well wishes from both Moore & Hyatt, the tournament was about to begin, until WSU champion Mercedes Martinez came out.
Martinez wished everyone well and talked about how important this tournament was. The two previous winners of this tournament turned their tournament wins into WSU Championship reigns. In fact it was at last years J-Cup where the whole Orsini/Martinez feud began, a tournament that saw Martinez defeat Orsini in the finals.
Martinez said she was looking forward to taking on the winner of this tournament in a future match. However, Martinez’s opponent for the night, the evil Jana came out. Jana told Martinez she was on borrowed time and that Martinez wouldn’t even make it out tonight as WSU champion. Martinez & Jana got into a heated altercation before it was broken up.

Rain exposed Angel’s pact with her from 1/10. Rain said that when she first came to WSU, she was brought in to protect Orsini’s championship. Rain said she held up her end of the deal on 1/10. Rain said it wasn’t her fault that Orsini couldn’t get the job done on 3/7.
Rain said therefore she wants the championship shot Orsini promised her and snatched the J-Cup trophy & shot away from Orsini. Orsini said it wasn’t her fault Rain couldn’t get the job done here tonight. Martinez then came out and said she wants to beat Rain up because she never forgot Rain slamming a steel cage door in her face 3 months ago. NWS commissioner Gino Moore said he sees 3 wrestlers, 2 challengers and 1 championship and asked the fans if they want to see a three way match.
The fans went nuts for that announcement. All three stared each other down, before a huge pier-6 brawl broke out. The main event for tonight’s King & Queen tournament is now set, instead of the originally booked Angel Orsini vs Mercedes Martinez title match, it will now be Martinez vs Orsini vs Rain in a Triple Threat Title Match!!!!!
