General Manager Theodore Long + ECW World champion Jack Swagger: Theodore Long hyped the Royal Rumble this past Sunday and some there were some developments with somebody from the ECW roster. Long showed clips of Matt Hardy turning on his brother Jeff at Royal Rumble. Long said that Matt requested his release from ECW so he could go to SmackDown!. Long granted the release and wished him luck. Jack Swagger showed up and said he was the new face of the ECW franchise. Swagger said there would be a championship celebration for him later tonight. The Boogeyman interrupted and caused the ECW World champion to retreat quickly..

The Boogeyman vs. Ricky Ortiz: Ricky Ortiz came out and offered the Boogeyman a Ricky-O Rally Towel, but the Boogeyman head-butted him and knocked him out of the ring. Ortiz retreated. What about their match? Is he going heel already?

General Manager Theodore Long + ECW World champion Jack Swagger & Tiffany: Jack Swagger & Tiffany reported to Theodore Long that they failed to track down the stolen ECW championship. Long said he couldn’t believe this was happening and invited Swagger out to the ring so they could get to the bottom of it.

Theodore Long & Tiffany & ECW World champion Jack Swagger + Fit Finlay + Hornswoggle: Theodore Long said the joke was over and ordered whoever stole the ECW title belt to bring it out now. Jack Swagger got impatient and demanded that his championship be returned NOW. Fit Finlay came down and said he didn’t have the title but he thinks he knows who does. Finlay dragged Hornwoggle out from under the ring, who stood up and ran around in circles with the ECW title. Finlay said Hornswoggle was just playing with it. Swagger said he knows Finlay put Hornswoggle up to it. Finlay said if he wanted his title he would have taken it himself. Finlay told Hornswoggle to return the belt, and Swagged shoved Horny down to the mat! Finlay went on the offensive and knocked Swagger out with a shot to the head from his own ECW belt!
