Bret “The Hitman” Hart + Chris Jericho + Edge + Natalya + The Nexus (Wade Barrett & Skip Sheffield & Michael Tarver & Heath Slater & Justin Gabriel & Darren Young & David Otunga) & The Hart Dynasty (Unified Tag Team champions Tyson Kidd & David Hart Smith): Bret said for the past 2 weeks he’s been in Calgary training like an absolute lunatic; just to see everything fall apart. Bret said he’s a little disappointed. Bret said one week ago Edge and Chris Jericho decided to quit team WWE. Bret said 3 weeks ago he put his reputation on the line when he vouched for both of those guys to John Cena. Bret said they had the experience and saw the bigger picture. Bret said he must have been wrong but it wasn’t too late to fix things. Bret told Chris and Edge to come out. Chris Jericho came out. Chris said he can’t speak for Edge but Bret better dazzle him and tell him he’s the best in the world. Bret said he didn’t have time for that crap. Bret said this was Chris’s chance to be a man and step up to the plate. Bret said he put his reputation on the line just for him and Edge to join the team. Bret said if they don’t rejoin the team they’re hurting themselves. Bret said Nexus and none of the guys they turned their backs on will want anything to do with them. Bret said if Nexus wins they’re only hurting themselves. Bret said they’ll be outcasts; dogs without bones. Bret said this was their chance to rejoin and do the honorable thing. Bret asked him to rejoin team WWE. Chris said Bret made him think but his answer is still no. Chris said Bret is a phony and hypocrite. Chris said Bret’s not concerned about beating Nexus; he’s concerned about getting the worst beating of his life tonight. Chris said Bret is a frightened man. Chris said Bret knows he can’t beat Nexus without him and Edge. Chris said once again in the WWE; Bret Hart is screwed. Chris said he made it very clear he’s not interested in teaming with John Cena and him. Chris said tonight all he cares about is dismantling Bret Hart. Edge came out. Edge asked Chris what his problem was. Edge said they grew up idolizing Bret and he’s the reason they got into the business. Edge said Chris trained in his father’s dungeon and Edge had his poster on the wall. Edge said he saved up money so he could go to the arena and hope that Bret would put the sunglasses on his head. Edge said he was back on the team. Edge shook Bret’s hand and went to kick him but Bret caught his foot and went for the sharpshooter. Chris thumbed Bret in the eye and pulled Edge out of there. Natalya came running down to the ring freaking out. They showed a video backstage of Nexus beating up The Hart Dynasty. Wade said tonight wasn’t Bret’s night and The Hart Dynasty can’t be his replacements.
BACKSTAGE SEGMENT
Bret “The Hitman” Hart & The Hart Dynasty (Unified Tag Team champions Tyson Kidd & David Hart Smith & Natalya) + John Cena: Bret was checking on them and said he was going to take things into his own hands. John Cena stopped him and told him to calm down.
NON (WWE UNITED STATES) TITLE MATCH
WWE United States champion Mike “The Miz” Mizanin defeated Evan Bourne: Miz took down Evan with a big boot and punched him in the head a few times. Miz strangled Evan on the middle rope with his boot. Miz put in a headlock. Evan got out of it and went for a knee but Miz tripped him. Miz hits his running corner clothesline for 2. Miz went for a vertical suplex but Evan kneed him in the head. Miz hit an awesome hurricarana for 2. Miz hit a big clothesline and finished him off with the skull crushing finale. After the match Miz said he didn’t care if it’s Sheamus or Randy Orton who wins this Sunday. Miz said when he’s ready to cash in his contract he’ll become the WWE champion.
NON (WWE DIVA’S) TITLE MATCH
Melina defeated WWE Diva’s champion Alicia Fox: Alicia Fox threw Melina across the ring by her hair and kicked her in the ribs. Melina hit a lungbuster like move on Alicia for 2. Melina dodged a clothesline and slammed Alicia face first into the mat. Alicia escaped from the ring and hit Melina with a clothesline on the outside. Alicia hit a tilt a whirl backbreaker for 2. Alicia put in a chinlock. Alicia put in a gory special type maneuver. Melina fought out of it and hit the code red for 3.
BACKSTAGE INTERVIEW
Josh Mathews & The Great Khali: Josh asked Khali if he was still with team WWE. Khali said WWE. Khali yelled some crap and Josh asked him to repeat it in English since Runjin wasn’t there. Khali challenged Wade Barrett to a match.
BACKSTAGE SEGMENT
Edge & Chris Jericho: Edge was complaining about Bret trying to tell them what to do. Chris said Bret might be right; if Nexus wins they’ll be ostracized. Chris said they might have screwed themselves. Edge named a bunch of wrestlers and said they’ve survived them. Edge said they’ll survive Nexus. Chris said they’re architects and generals. Chris said tonight they should take out Cena and Hart so there’s no match at SummerSlam.
BACKSTAGE SEGMENT
John Morrison & R-Truth + Mark Henry: John and Truth were talking about needing 2 replacements when Mark came in and said they didn’t need 2; they only need him (he counts as 3). Mark said to consider his next match an audition. The Nexus was shown watching this on TV when Wade nodded his head and everyone poured out.

Ted DiBiase Jr. w/Maryse vs. Mark Henry never happened: The Nexus attacked Mark on his way to the ring.
IN THE RING
WWE champion Sheamus + Randy Orton: Sheamus said after RAW went off the air last week the entire WWE universe was convinced he was scared to get in the ring with Orton. Sheamus said he was scared of what he might do to Orton. Sheamus said he’s been hurting people since he stepped foot in the WWE; which is why he’s champion. Sheamus said if anyone doubts him they should watch the video of him beating up people very closely. Sheamus asked if anyone thought he was afraid of Orton now. Sheamus said that footage proves that he’s afraid of no one. Sheamus said he’s ended careers and he wants Orton out here so he can tell him face to face. Randy Orton came out. Sheamus said he was surprised Randy came out. Orton said he believes that Sheamus is capable of hurting people but Sheamus is full of it for not getting into the ring with him last week. Randy said he had a perfect opportunity to prove why he should be taken seriously. Sheamus said everyone takes him seriously. Randy said Sheamus blew the opportunity last week and he’ll blow it this Sunday. Randy said Sheamus can make up all the excuses he wants to but the fact still remains the same; he has never beaten Randy. Sheamus said everyone was wrong. Sheamus said he’ll be the champion after SummerSlam and when he beats Randy he will go back to the end of the line. Sheamus said as long as he’s champion Randy will never get another opportunity. Randy said he will beat him. Randy said Sheamus has never beaten him but if he wants to redeem himself for last week he can do something about it. Michael Cole got an email saying that Sheamus’ title matches in the past have had lots of run ins and if anyone tries that this on Sunday they will be suspended. The email also said that if Randy loses he will go to the back of the line. The email said that if Sheamus isn’t scared he should do something about it. Sheamus tried to leave but Randy attacked him. Sheamus took down Randy and went for the kick but missed it and took an inverted backbreaker for Randy. Randy went for the punt to the head but stopped and said something to Sheamus before leaving.
SIX MAN NXT ROOKIES TAG TEAM MATCH
Husky Harris & Michael McGillicutty & Alex Riley defeated Kaval & “Lucky” Cannon & “Showtime” Percy Watson: Michael and Percy started out. Michael took over on Percy and tagged in Alex. Alex put in a cobra clutch but Percy got out of it and hit an enziguri. Kaval tagged in and kicked the crap out of Alex. Kaval put in a dragon sleeper at the ropes. Michael ran in so Cannon took care of him. Kaval hit the warrior’s way on Alex but Husky blind tagged in and hit the running senton for 3. After the match Sheamus (who had been watching the match) kicked Cannon in the head and hit the high cross on Kaval. Sheamus said that was a message to the general manager, the fans, and Orton. Sheamus said this time next week he will still be the champion.
TAG TEAM MATCH
John Morrison & R-Truth defeated William Regal & Zack Ryder: Zack distracted Truth long enough for William to attack him and gain the upper hand. Zack tagged in and hit some knee drops. Zack beat up Truth a bit more before missing a face wash. Truth hot tagged John and hit a 1 man standing Spanish fly. John hit the springboard kick and followed up with starship pain for 3.
DIVAS SUMMERTIME FUN 3 WAY TAG MATCH
The Bella Twins (Nikki & Brie) defeated Maryse Ouellet & Jillian Hall and Gail Kim & Eve Torres: At least I think that’s what this crap was called. Santino Marella and Vladimir Kozlov were the judges and the diva’s entered by going down a big blow up slide. All the diva’s wore boring 1 piece suits. Eve and Maryse started off. A Bella tagged in and Jillian choked her with a towel. Jillian and Brie wrestled for a bit before Nikki tagged in and hit a head scissors take down. Eve tagged in and hit a spinning neckbreaker. Gail put a life saver around Maryse and hit eat defeat. Jillian threw Eve and Gail out of the ring. Nikki hit a flying cross body to win. After the match Tamina came out in a swim suit and wouldn’t let Santino pass her for the longest time. Tamina smacked his ass as he walked by.

The Great Khali & The Nexus (Heath Slater & Wade Barrett & Skip Sheffield & Michael Tarver & Justin Gabriel & Skip Sheffield & David Otunga & Darren Young) : Khali was on his way to the ring when Nexus jumped him.
IN THE RING
The Nexus (Wade Barrett & Skip Sheffield & Heath Slater & David Otunga & Justin Gabriel & Michael Tarver & Darren Young): Wade said he had been informed that his match with Khali has been cancelled. Wade said the balance of power was about to shift permanently. Wade said when they win they will achieve more than anyone can ever imagine. Skip said RAW has become their show. Skip said Bret will join Ricky Steamboat and Vince. Skip said you will never see Bret again. Skip said John Morrison R-Truth and Cena will be damaged physically and broken mentally. David Otunga said if anyone is considering going to team WWE they should think about what happened to THD, Mark Henry and Khali.
BACKSTAGE SEGMENT
John Cena & Bret “The Hitman” Hart + WWE United States champion Mike “The Miz” Mizanin: Miz said he wanted to address the inevitable. Miz said the team is in trouble and it would only be a matter of time before John comes to him for help. Bret asked what the point is. Miz said he wanted to hear Bret ask him to be on the team. Bret asked him if he was in or out. Miz said he needed to hear it from John too. John asked him if he was in or out. Miz said times have changed in just one year. Miz said he’ll let them know Sunday.
TAG TEAM LUMBERJACK MATCH
John Cena & Bret “The Hitman” Hart vs. Edge & Chris Jericho just sort of ended : Nexus were the lumberjacks. Edge and Cena started. Edge stomped a mudhole in Cena but received a running bulldog in return. Edge threw Cena out of the ring and The Nexus jumped on him. Chris tagged in and threw Cena back out of the ring. Chris tried to throw Cena out 3 times in a row but Cena reversed it the third time and threw Chris out. Nexus didn’t touch Chris and let him back in to the ring. Cena went for the AA but Chris reversed it and went for the Walls, which was also reversed. Chris was thrown out of the ring again and tried bossing Nexus around so they attacked Chris and Edge. Bret pulled Justin into the ring and punched him. The Nexus got up on the apron and got ready to attack John and Bret. John Morrison and Truth ran down to join Cena and Bret. Chris and Edge stalled for a long time but wound up helping WWE. Nexus wound up running away.
