IN RING SEGMENT
The show started off with Teddy Long in the ring. He said that following the events that took place at Vengeance the World Heavyweight Championship’s future is in flux, and even though the Big Show and Mark Henry are injured they are in the building. Long went on to say that by the end of the night the future of the World Heavyweight Championship with be resolved. Christian then came to the ring and said that the future of it would be discussed now. Christian said that as far as he is concerned Big Show had his shot and blew it and now there is a wide-open void, which will be filled by the most dominant force for the last five months on Smackdown. Long said he better not be talking about him since the last time he saw him Christian was getting his head kicked off by Sheamus. Christian replied that it is called resiliency, something that a champion needs to have, and he has it. Christian was then cut off by CM Punk’s music. Punk came down to the ring and Christian said that before he was interrupted he was going to say he deserves one more match, and then asked what the hell he is doing he. Long said well before I was rudely interrupted over the past few weeks RAW has enjoyed using the Smackdown talent and he has pulled some strings and tonight will be a Smackdown Super Show. CM Punk then said that before he was interrupted because he was going to just start talking but Christian wouldn’t stop. Punk said that he was going to say that Christian should have his match because he like what he does except for every time he opens his mouth. At that point Christian cuts him off saying let me guess that you are going to give me some lecture about what he does, when just this past summer Punk hijacked the WWE Championship and left the company. Punk then repeatedly says that all Christian does is bitch and bitch and bitch. Christian said that as the leader of Smackdown he is telling Punk to take his pipe bomb and go back to RAW. The fans start to chant his name, Punk played it up saying that everyone here wanted to him compete against Christian. He then turned to Teddy Long and asked if that could get done, which Teddy agreed saying it is on. Punk then left the ring leaving a rather irate Christian who began screaming in Long’s face.
TAG TEAM MATCH
The Miz & R-Truth defeated Air Boom (Kofi Kingston & Evan Bourne: Miz and Truth won after hitting the Little Jimmy Finale on Kingston.
IN RING SEGMENT
R-Truth grabbed a microphone and said that you all shouldn’t be booing us you should be booing yourselves. Truth went on to say that if you are all keeping score they just beat the Tag Team Champions, and at Vengeance they beat Triple H and CM Punk. Miz then chimed in by saying then they beat up Cena and Ryder this past Monday. Not only that but Cena has chosen the one person who hates him more then they do, The Rock for their Survivor Series match. So if they don’t tear each other apart they will. The two men then celebrate in the ring over the victory before heading back to the locker room.
BACKSTAGE SEGMENT
A bunch of Smackdown superstars were standing in the locker room watching the new WWE Greatest Rivals DVD between Bret Hart and Shawn Michaels. Justin Gabriel then asked Daniel Bryan about if he really trained with Michaels. It then led to Tyson Kidd coming in and saying that Bret was better. The two then got into a verbal argument when Santino stepped in and said the two of them should settle it in the ring, which they both agree to.
BACKSTAGE SEGMENT
Teddy Long is with Hornswoggle who is dressed as Zack Ryder. Vickie Guerrero comes up to him with Jack Swagger and Dolph Ziggler in tow. Ziggler then bragged to Teddy saying that even though he tried to mess with him it didn’t work, as he is still the US Champion. Long said that he wasn’t trying to mess with him. Just like he isn’t messing with him tonight by having him go one on one with Randy Orton. After some protesting by the three Swagger says its okay they got this. Long then corrected him by saying that they don’t got this as Swagger will be banned from ringside. As the three walk off angry Aksana showed up and Teddy once again became flustered. After he got rid of Hornswoggle he then accompanies Aksana back to his office to talk about things.
SINGLES MATCH
Wade Barrett defeated Trent Barreta: Barrett won with the Wasteland.
SINGLES MATCH
Randy Orton defeated Dolph Ziggler: Orton won with the RKO.
BACKSTAGE SEGMENT
Matt Striker was standing with the former Sin Cara (black). Striker asked how he feels. He replied he took my identity how should I feel; he took away my face and something from in here as he pointed to his chest. He then said he is going to get his revenge over Sin Cara.
SINGLES MATCH
Daniel Bryan defeated Tyson Kidd: Bryan won by locking in the LaBelle Lock.
IN RING SEGMENT
Michael Cole was standing on his chair and asked if he could have everyone’s attention. He said that he is sick of what has gone one with himself and JR and that now he has issued the Michael Cole Challenge to him, which JR has accepted. Cole then showed a few photos to make fun of JR. Cole finished things up by saying that if JR can beat him that he will quit.
IN RING SEGMENT
Big Show’s music hit and out he came to the ring with a microphone in hand. Big Show started off by saying Oops I did it again. Show said that he has faced off against all sorts of people in his career but he is hurting all over in places that he didn’t even know existed. Show continued on saying that Henry came at him like a crazed animal and so Show said the only logical thing to do is to reinforce the ring and do it again. Show then said that Teddy Long assured him that there will be a rematch between the two in the near future. Before he could continue Mark Henry made his way out to the ring. Henry stopped on the steps and said that he doesn’t care whom Show has talked to; because he won’t give Show a rematch. He went into the match as the champion and left the same meaning he took care of his business. Apparently he didn’t do that good of a job though because the Big Show is still running at the mouth so it looks like he is going to have to put his foot in it. Henry acted like he was going to get in the ring and then stopped at the ropes and laughed at the Big Show. Henry then turned around and walked away back up the ramp holding the World Heavyweight Championship high in the air.

CM Punk defeated Christian: CM Punk won with the GTS.
