ROH (Ring Of Honor – www.rohwrestling.com)

September 21st: The time is finally here!!! ROH “Driven” will debut on PPV tonight on The DISH Network and TVN cable systems. Check your local listings for time and channel. There is no better value on PPV than “Driven” with seven big bouts including a match of the year candidate pitting Bryan Danielson vs. Nigel McGuinness. Some critics have had an advanced screening of “Driven” and are already raving about it. Check the main page of www.ROHwrestling.com for a complete match listing. “The show is really good. From a wrestling standpoint, it’s right up there with the best PPV shows of the year” – Dave Meltzer at WrestlingObserver.com (http://www.wrestlingobserver.com/wo/news/headlines/default.asp?aID=20773)
September 21st: Check out previews of “Driven” at www.ROHvideos.com and: http://www.rohvideos.com/watch?v=mpGpK_O4k3c http://www.rohvideos.com/watch?v=RPT8urzUptU
September 21st: The new ROH Video Wire is up at www.ROHvideos.com so you can see the gory attack on Jay & Mark Briscoe by The Age Of The Fall. We warn you that this footage is not for all audiences nor for the weak of heart. ROH officials didn’t even want to release the footage since it does not represent what you can expect from the ROH product. However, this bloodbath attack has changed the course of ROH and the fans have demanded to see it. ROH officials decided that we will give you the option on if you want to witness it or not.
September 21st: There is so much going on at ROH right now and we have decided to make sure you can witness it all for yourself. The 30% OFF EVERYTHING SALE will be back at www.ROHwrestling.com starting this afternoon. This includes live event tickets to all ROH shows and EVERY ITEM at ROHwrestling.com. We want you to be a part of the live ROH experience and to be able to follow ROH on DVD so we are doing everything we can to make it affordable for you. Act now because this is a rare sale and chance to save big. Check the main page of www.ROHwrestling.com starting on Friday afternoon for all the details. Save 30% on over 1000 items at ROHwrestling.com including:
-Tickets to all upcoming shows including great ringside seats for 10/5 in Boston with the only scheduled Briscoes vs. Age Of The Fall match, 10/6 PPV taping in Edison and 11/2 in Philadelphia with Mitsuharu Misawa & KENTA vs. Takeshi Morishima & Naomichi Marufuji.
-FIP “Battle Of The Belts” (one night tourney to crown the first Florida Heritage Champion with first round matches of Roderick Strong vs. Jimmy Rave, Jay Briscoe vs. Larry Sweeney, Shingo vs. Erick Stevens and Mark Briscoe vs. Delirious- a must for all tournament fans)
-FIP “In Full Force” (Jay & Mark Briscoe vs. Necro Butcher & Mad Man Pondo, Roderick Strong vs. Davey Richards 2/3 Falls)
-SHIMMER Vol. 10 (Sara Del Rey vs. Nikki Roxx, Amazing Kong vs. Daizee Haze)
-Plus all the latest DVDs from ROH, WWE, TNA, Mid-South Wrestling, Dangerous Divas and much more!!!
September 21st: It was announced in the new ROH Video Wire that Takeshi Morishima vs. Nigel McGuinness has been signed for ROH’s 4th PPV taping in Edison, NJ. If Morishima is still ROH World Champion he will put the belt on the line here.
September 21st: We have two more matches to announce for 10/6 in Edison, NJ. It is unknown if these matches will be on the PPV portion of the show or for the live fans and DVD audience. The first one is a grudge match between former championship partners. Edison will witness Claudio Castagnoli vs. Chris Hero on 10/5!!! This doesn’t need any hype.
September 21st: Also signed for 10/6 is an interesting tag team match between two new factions. The Vulture Squad of Jack Evans & Ruckus with Julius Smokes will take on two members of The Age Of The Fall of Jimmy Jacobs, Tyler Black & Necro Butcher. Jack Evans was involved in a wild brawl against Age Of The Fall in Chicago. Now he has The Vulture Squad to back him in Edison. Both teams want a shot at the ROH World Tag Team Titles, but they will have to earn that shot with victories. There is a lot on the line in this one. Save 30% on all tickets to this event now at ROHwrestling.com. You know this is going to be a can’t miss show with huge matches as ROH tapes PPV.
September 21st: Don’t forget, “Driven” debuts TONIGHT on PPV if you have The DISH Network and TVN. Here are what some of the critics who have seen an advance screening are saying:
“Danielson vs. Nigel is as good as pro wrestling gets in today’s generation. If you have given up on old school wrestling, believing that genre is dead forever, you might want to give this PPV an order. All you have to lose is $10 but I honestly believe you’ll get ten times that amount in athletic wrestling action. Complete thumbs up. Order this show as soon as you can.” – Mike Johnson at PWInsider.com (http://www.pwinsider.com/ViewArticle.asp?id=26660&p=1)
“(10.0) You must buy this PPV and watch it. If you’ve never given ROH a shot, they deserve your money for this show. It is the best PPV I’ve seen since “One Night Stand” in 2005. This was simply an amazing show from top to bottom. The McGuinness-Danielson matches is one of those matches I’ll go back and watch from time to time as the years go by, as it will never get old watching the masterpiece they put on in front of a rabid crowd in Philadelphia where ROH was born.” – Sean Radican at PWTorch.com

FIP (Full Impact Pro – http://www.fullimpactpro.com)

Dragon Gate Stars Come To FIP This Month
Dragon Gate stars BxB Hulk and Yamato will head to FIP on 9/28 in Brooksville, FL and 9/29 in Crystal River, FL (check www.FullImpactPro.com for building & tix info). These members of the New Hazard faction have made it clear that they want the FIP Tag Team Titles. Hulk and Yamato are in the United States on a publicity tour for Japan. The best way to get publicity will be to challenge the FIP Tag Team Champions Jay & Mark Briscoe. The Briscoes were originally scheduled to face The YRR in Brooksville. The match has been changed. It will now be Jay & Mark Briscoe vs. BxB Hulk & Yamato on 9/28 in Brooksville. This unique dream match will only happen in FIP!
“This is a chance for us to raise the international prestige of the FIP Tag Team Titles,” Jay Briscoe said. “When we went to NOAH we dominated. When we wrestled for ROH in Osaka we dominated. Now New Hazard wants a shot, well The YRR can wait because we make the rules in FIP so BB Hulk, Yamato, it is time to MAN UP!”

SHIMMER Stars Headed To FIP
FIP has become a melting pot of all the best wrestlers and styles from all over the world. 9/28 and 9/29 will be no exception as SHIMMER Champion Sara Del Rey, Daizee Haze, Lacey and Rain all head to Brooksville and Crystal River. You can expect top quality SHIMMER bouts on both nights with these women athletes.

Jack Evans Returns To FIP
Jack Evans has just sent word that he will return to FIP on 9/28 and 9/29. Evans has not said what his intentions are, but he is looking forward to returning to FIP.
“You know I always have something up my sleeve,” Evans said. “I love wrestling in FIP and in front of the fans of Florida. I’m so glad to go back. You will see me at my best and I will do something that will make you jump out of your seat. And you know this, man”

Attention Tournament Fans
FIP is very proud to release the “Battle Of The Belts” DVD. This show includes the entire eight man tournament to crown the first Florida Heritage Champion.
