Legacy (Randy Orton & Ted DiBiase Jr. & Cody Rhodes) + Batista + General Manager Vickie Guerrero: Randy Orton said the McMahon’s pride themselves on listening to their audience. Orton said the McMahons should stop listening and start acting like the fans. Orton said for the fans, life beats you down and you stay down – because they are cowards. Orton said the fans pay to live their lives through people like him. Orton showed video of Legacy’s assault on Shane McMahon last week. Orton said everybody needs to realize that the company revolves around him – especially Batista. Orton said General Manager Vickie Guerrero has ruled that he and Batista cannot touch each other this week. Orton said that doesn’t mean they can’t talk, and invited Batista to come to the right for a chat. Batista came out without hesitation. Orton told Batista that Batista knows he will not win the WWE championship this Sunday, not EVER. Orton offered Batista a spot in the Legacy faction. Ted DiBiase said he knew Batista was upset about being kicked by Orton, but for him (DiBiase) getting kicked (by Orton) was the best thing to happen to his career – because now he is part of the best faction in the WWE. Orton told Batista that when they were in Evolution, the only thing holding the two of them back was Triple H. Orton said he got rid of Triple H so there’s nothing stopping them now. Orton said if Batista joined Legacy, they will be bigger than the Four Horsemen. Orton said he wanted Batista to be his enforcer, citing that future Hall of Famer Arn Anderson was Ric Flair‘s enforcer for many years. Batista said everything Orton said makes sense, but there was one problem.. he LOATHES ORTON. Batista said he will never be Orton’s backup. Batista said he was not there to help Orton, he was there to HURT him. Orton said Batista just made the biggest mistake of his life. Orton said Batista was lucky there was a no-contact stipulation tonight or he would drop him right now. Batista said he was tired of listening to Orton, tired of listening to Vickie Guerrero, and tired of waiting. Batista said there was no chance in hell that Vickie will call off the main event at Judgment Day, so there’s nothing preventing him from destroying Orton tonight. Batista dropped the microphone, but General Manager Vickie Guerrero (w/Chavo Guerrero) interrupted. Vickie waived the no-contact rule and said she doesn’t care if they tear each other apart. Vickie said she doesn’t care what condition either man is in, but the title match will take place this Sunday. Vickie booked Batista vs. DiBiase & Rhodes tonight, and if Legacy wins it will be a 3-on-1 match at Judgment Day, but if Batista wins we will see Batista vs. Orton one-on-one tonight.
HANDICAP MATCH
Legacy (Cody Rhodes & Ted DiBiase Jr.) defeated Batista by DQ: Cody Rhodes slid a chair in the ring and Batista picked it up and got disqualified. Legacy out-smarted the Animal!

Randy Orton + Cody Rhodes + Ted DiBiase: Randy Orton searched for Cody Rhodes and found him in a back hallway. Orton told Rhodes that they had to stick together in case Batista tries something. Orton & Rhodes went to meet up with DiBiase, but they found him the victim of an assault at the hands of Batista!

Brian Kendrick defeated Carlito Colon: After the match, Brian Kendrick said he would find a partner and become Tag Team champions!
EXHIBITION MATCH
Mike “The Miz” Mizanin defeated John Cena: The Big Show came out first and sat on the announce table to watch the match.. The Miz came out and insulted Cena’s movies and his rap album.. The Miz said it was going to be 3-0 because he is the Miz and he is AWESOME! Cena grappled with the Miz, but couldn’t take his eyes off of the Big Show.. Cena dominated but was clearly not at 100%. Vickie came on the big screen and said it was obvious that Cena had no chance to face the Big Show at Judgment Day. The Miz hit Cena with the Reality Check and walked out satisfied with himself. The Big Show walked around the ring grinning….

Vickie called Beth Phoenix & Rosa Mendes in and ordered Rosa to kiss Santina to prove he is a man. Santina couldn’t resist Rosa’s kiss, so she admitted that she was a lesbian – but she doesn’t like the company of pigs (Vickie).

Montel Vontavious Porter + William Regal + Matt Hardy + Kofi Kingston: This would be the first episode of the VIP Lounge here on RAW. MVP talked about William Regal involving himself in his business last week. MVP called Regal out to the ring, saying it was Ladies night in the VIP Lounge.. Regal came out talking about his time as RAW General Manager, saying he came back and paid his dues. Regal said all of the draft-picks came over and tried to leap above him in the pecking order. Regal said MVP perfectly represents the United States; he is arrogant, he’s misguided, and he’s despised by everyone else in the world. Regal took off his jacket to square off with Regal but they were interrupted by Matt Hardy.. Hardy said he has been forced to compete for two weeks with a broken hand. Hardy said it would be fair to erase his loss to Kofi Kingston last week off the record books. Hardy said Regal needs to wait his turn, because nobody has beaten MVP as many times as he has. Kofi Kingston attacked Hardy from behind and they fought at ringside… Chavo Guerrero came out and said Vickie ordered the ring to be cleared for a tag team match starting NOW!

NON (WWE CHAMPIONSHIP) TITLE MATCH
WWE champion Randy Orton defeated Batista by DQ: Randy Orton tried to talk his way out of wrestling Batista tonight, but it was going to happen whether Orton liked it or not! A few minutes into the match, Batista was disqualified for using a chair and bashing Orton repeatedly! Batista pushed the ring steps into the ring and smashed Orton’s leg with a chair once more. This was revenge for what Legacy did to Shane McMahon last week. Batista was about to bash Orton’s ankle with the ring steps but Cody Rhodes hit the ring to save him! Batista Power-bombed Rhodes, but DiBiase caught him from behind. Orton popped back up and wanted to RKO Batista, but he reversed it and cleared all three members of Legacy out of the ring.. Batista launched the ring steps into the air, narrowly missing Orton on the floor…
