During intermission, they brought out Jack Brisco, Dory Funk, Seiji Sakaguchi, Kenji Sakaguchi, Osamu Nishimura and Johnny Magnum. Funk and Brisco worked an angle with a ten minute staredown. They ended up hugging and Brisco challenged Funk to one last match. Jack Brisco was one of the very few wrestling superstars who retired and never wrestled again, and that was 21 years ago.
